For my money, it's a coin flip between this and Julian Lage's as the best contemporary Blue Note band. Cannot recommend the live experience highly enough (for both acts). Every musician on stage is a virtuoso in their own right. Pre-ordered this LP the moment it was announced, can't wait to give it a spin.
