One thing i wish they can implement, people should stop parking on the road side, stop wshing cars on the road side, nkt allow okada in residential neighborhood unless it's a sports bike. There should be head of association rules to keep the sanity of these neighborhoods. God bless America in this regard. Maybe one day sha, naija go reach that level. Everything should be laws ,laws, and more laws.
