Alfredo Morelos has developed a reputation for prolific goalscoring and bursts of temper at Rangers. But that relentlessness in front of goal and that fiery attitude hide a social conscience which makes him a model professional away from the pitch.

Iâm a Rangers fan and I knew Morelos does a lot for his community back home but I didnât know the extent. Really touching and great to see. Good player but more importantly, a good guy đđ»
What a fucking wonderful human. Hope his career is Long and that you get to hold on to him.

Brilliant video, no personal agenda against him..just the truth and facts
haha never expected to see you here
Ayyyy shout out to CJ, if you a Rangers fan follow this man. Been watching for years đ€đ».

Oh hey Cj
Absolutely incredible video again, phenomenal, dissecting a player who in the mainstream Scottish media as a villain and showing him for his true colours, hes a great man and a great player so i wish more people will see that real side of him
He was so good at HJK Helsinki, I was a bit sad to see him leave, but I'm happy that he's making a real impact at Rangers. Godspeed, El Buffalo! âđŸđ«đźđ
'a brief history of' videos about lesser known players would be incredible from this channel
Would be great but wouldnât get clicks
Who would watch that
He is lesser known he plays for rangers they are shit and so is he. Hail hail đđ
Paul Gal top scorer in Europa league that timing you were knocked out of and heâs doing great stuff
You are the sort of people who might have not herd of them because the chips I had 5 years ago have more of an iq than you
Jim Baxter
Pele said he wished he was Brazilian and was one of the greatest players he had played against
I used to watch Morelos at HJK. We always said that he will go on to be a top striker, his hunger for goals is a thing of beauty
As a Celtic fan, Morelos is one of those players that make the rivalry exciting, and is easily cast as the villain of the story in the pitch. Off the pitch though, heâs clearly a wonderful man. Thanks for the video
Very well put. Itâs amazing how many people canât separate the players from on pitch and off pitch. Hell, Ferguson and Lennon were good friends off the pitch but would batter each other on it. Itâs how it should be
Nathan John Williamson also Brown and Thomson, and Simunovic/Benkovic and Barasic who all went to church together
Iâm a Celtic fan, but I canât have anything but immense respect for Morelos.
WiffGiff is sound be like WiffGiff
Missing him in HJK Shirt... Glad that he's making a difference (in- and outside of the pitch).
Do you think Glen Kamara deserves a move to a bigger club? Watched him play for Finland and he was really good alongside Pyry Soiri.
He might get a move to a better league, but not a bigger club.
Agent P he hasn't been great with us lately - I'm looking forward to seeing him in form.
@@3dsaulgoodman43 I think he's where he should be. He might move to bigger league (like it has been said). It's hard to compare, if teams in lower end of the table in the Premier League are "bigger" than Rangers, even though they have more financial power in England.

After binge watching a lot of depressing episodes (the saudi human rights problems, the russian corruption issues, etc..) this one is pretty refreshing in a world that gets grimmer by the day. Thank you, Tifo Football.
From day one I've supported this fella and until the day he retires I will support him. No matter where he goes. Love Alfredo
You never know about a person. I only thought of him as a hot head who was close to being unemployable, especially as losing in the Scottish premiership carries so much weight. I loved this video it shows a person of great character.
This is quite similar to Balotelli. Presented as hot heads, but donât report on their charitable ventures, because it doesnât fit the narrative some people like to put forward about them.
Alfredo Morelos is nothing like Balotelli - pundits like to describe him as a hot head to cover up for some absolutely scandalous refereeing decisions against him
@@michaelblack131 Mick. Geez peace. He's actually got off lightly for some outrageous behaviour. His temprement is not good. In fact it's shocking. He lacks discipline. Sometimes behaving like a petulant teenager. He is a good striker, I'll give him that. But that's it. Good. Not great.
All of the above is the reason Rangers can't move him on (despite all these made up bids). They are desperate to get him off the wage bill and make something from his sale. Good luck with that.
I wouldn't say close to being unemployable. He brings a lot to the game, like great hold up play, energy and go course goals, but yeah he also gets some reds.
For me, you need to take the bad with the good, because the good certainly outweighs the bad. Although it's best to train some of those red cards out of him, you don't want to lose too much of the bullish nature that makes him so explosive and exciting.
As a Rangers fan, I've seen some of what he does off the pitch as Rangers share it pretty regularly. But I'm shocked to the extent he's done it and even more so to how heavy of a hand he's had in it. So much more than the hot head south american.
@@martinreynolds6027 Jon my friend, I can see subtlety is not your strong point. Your second paragraph especially (in which you turn from sad Celtic fan to financial advisor) is why your opinion counts for essentially fuck all. Now be a good boy and get back to your "French Eddy" highlight reels. How much is it you want for him now? 70 million?
Morelos is such an amazing person I wish the Scottish media didnât give him such a bad name Iâm proud that we have someone like him at rangers
This is beautiful. Alfredo Morelos is far and away the player with the most potential, most goal scoring ability ive seen in the 7 years ive been a season ticket holder, the treatment he gets here is just saddening especially when you see what he's doing it all for. If he left tomorrow I couldn't blame him and id wish him well, he isn't perfect, on the park he can lose his head a bit but off it he's caring for his home and people and that has to be admired regardless of whether you like or hate him
We should call him "The Godfather of Cerete". Such a wonderful person
The reason heâs so fiery and passionate on the pitch is maybe because heâs fighting to do so much off it, the more you know

This is solid. Heâs totally the kind of âsporting heroâ for kids to look up to.
Wow never expected this, thank you! From a rangers fan. You never learn much about the club or players because the media and pundits in Scotland is horrendously negative.
Alfredo is a genuinely nice guy, works hard, plays harder and knows how to get goals.
A real decent footballer and an inspiration to young up and coming footballers everywhere.
He currently plays for my beloved Rangers FC and looks set for a big money transfer to France soon. I wish him all the best đ
I remember his name popping up in Football Manager a few years back, I got to say its amazing to see how far he has come not just on the pitch but what he does for many people through his charity work. The world needs more people like him!
Fantastic. This guy gets a lot of grief here. He clearly deserves an enormous amount of respect. Thanks TIFO. đđŒ
This brought a tear to my eye. I'm a celtic supporter and I can put football banter aside and acknowledge that it's amazing what he is doing for his community back home. I wish more financially successful people would behave in such a way. We should be lifting each other up and not climbing over one another to reach the top.
As a Celtic fan I couldn't be more proud of the lad, banter aside, his charity work is something to be admired
@Karl Wilson gordon neely harry dunn google them if u have the balls to do so. There is a old saying it goes people in glass houses should not throw stones.
Wow, this makes me want to cry, it's such a beautiful story - all I ever knew about him was that he had done pretty well in Rangers. Great video!
Can you make a video on the SaveTheCrew movement and how the entire MLS pitched in to prevent the Columbus Crew from moving to Austin? A great story on how football and passion won against greed.
heâa not the best football the player in the world, heâs just trying to be the best version of himself. heâs wage probably average on his group but heâs trying his best to be as useful and impactful as possible, starting from his old neighbourhood. wish him all the best đđœđđœđđœ

a wee tear in my eye watching this
I see a Rangers video, I like, easy
Brilliant story. Top class human being.
A firebrand style of play and a beautiful heart as well, a good footballer but an even better man.
Great content and well needed too given the constant negative coverage Morelos gets from mainstream Scottish media
I like to think I know a good bit about the work he does at home but this has really astounded me. God bless you and thank you for all you do for the famous Rangers and back at home.
So sad he left used to watch this video all the time when I was like 5đą
Wow, only know of him because of his temper. Definitely didn't expect this. It's awesome and he's hero and inspiration.
Excellent video. Have you ever seen a more misunderstood player. Absolute gent!
Full respect to him.
It's important that the story of inspirational players' gets told. Thanks Tifo! đđ
He is a good guy, been treated dreadfully by the Scottish press, and the referees in general, i feel for him. He will go on to great things, so glad to have him at Rangers for now, but he is a good guy, and he is a winner
Excellent love to see the Colombia branch of supporters
All through Alfredo
Genuinely incredible and inspiring story. Great video. Thanks tifo
Best video you guys have made, 10/10
What an incredible human being! WATP đšđŽđŹđ§
Iâm a Celtic supporter and heâs definitely been at the top of the getting stick-list for his antics, but I always have so much admiration for players who take it upon themselves to be a force of change for a community. No wonder guys like him or Drogba (the only time theyâll ever be compared lol) have so much fight, theyâre fighting daily for something greater then themselves.
He just went and scored his 100th goal for Rangers in his 199th appearance.
But lets not get bogged down with that, he's a superb human being doing things off the park that the media in Scotland, sadly, prefer to ignore. What a man.
He stood out to me when I watched him in the Colombian youth team a good few years...
I wouldâve never known about this story without Tifo. Appreciate you guys a lot..
Gerrard is doing great job at Rangers
Rangers are a club expected to be serious contenders in the Premiership and Gerrards team hasn't even challenged yet
Speedy_FN True and thatâs a genuine criticism but remember we were on our knees before gerrard joined. The fact weâre even competing in europe against the likes of porto and feyenoord is unbelievable. But domestic we definitely need to improve.
@@speedy_fn3691 do you watch Scottish football? Ar Christmas we where top, beat Celtic a few days prior and where on great from for winning the league but the winter break stagnated us, we got further in Europe and dominated in the final of the league cup, if we keep consistently and the acquisition of Ianis Hagi from Genk we should have a good chance of winning the league
@@miiitchelll2555Rangers were not top of the league after the Old firm match before the break, Celtic at that point in the league looked like the better team despite the loss, after the break rangers looked awful dropping points constantly and thats why when the league ended they were 13 points behind with no hope of catching up, in the cup final however Rangers were the better team but all that matters in Cups is the result. The overall talent at rangers is still lacking in comparison even with the acquisition of hagi
@@Jamie-kv9eg Fair, the team looks like a squad that can challenge if they play like they do in Europe but for some reason the performances just dont carry over and i feel that some of the blame has to be put on gerrard
Now thereâs a player that I wouldnât mind be paid 100,000 plus a week. Never knew he did this itâs amazing!
I'm a Rangers fan and I never knew this of him. Phenomenal player and soul. So scared he is leaving us but I think he deserves a move to the very top. I salute him one more season:
Could you do a video on the court case of Heart of Midlothian and Partick Thistle against the SPFL?
Don't push your luck. They've just painted Morelos as a Saint. They don't do miracles. Hearts and Thistle will get no where. And go down. And then get battered by the SFA for bringing the game into disrepute. Rightly so. Trying to destroy our game to save their own skins.
Bro I love your videos, thanks for dedicating one for our Alfredo. It's Colombia btw not Columbia jeje

Best of luck to him and Cerete. This is what Colombia needs!
That's his reputation in Scottish football. He's a thug on the park.

Reminds me of Ulises de la Cruz. When he was at Reading (and iirc he did this at other clubs too) 20% of his salary went back to his home village in Ecuador where he'd grown up in poverty. His money had led to a school and a clinic being built

Outside the pitch he seems like a genuinely good person who does so much for so many. Itâs just a shame he has about as much intelligence as a dry sponge on the pitch. He still has time to keep his head down and and stop being baited into stupid and needless red cards. If not, itâll truly be a waste for not only his current club but also himself. As I say though, outside the pitch, well done to him đđ
