Keeps the phone slim and light, plus it’s kind of the boring, easy way out. I’d rather have a smaller battery and optimized chipset. Looks more impressive to beat these larger mAh battery phones through more efficient chips.

In my experience teens don’t wear watches at all. They have grown up using smart phones and get there time and reminders from there
with the current trend, when the actual 18 comes and it will be exactly opposite of expectations like a calculator. Even the calculator will be special that you have enter the numbers for the operations and also enter the answer! tadaa...!! 😢
if ios 18 doesn’t bring everything to my iphone 15 pro max, then sadly this will be my last iphone for sure.
My old galaxy s20 from 2020 has the battery feature charge to 85% to protect battery but my iPhone 14 Pro can’t get it yet o.o it’s crazy.

I hope Apple will make two versions of their phones - one for those of us conscious about security, privacy, encryption, stability and so on, and one version for those who doesn’t care and only want to install whatever they can find from wherever, whether it is disguised governmental surveillance tools, Trojan horses or tons of advertising.
They could for instance be named iPhone Genuine and iPhone EU.
Couldn’t you just continue to use the App Store if you don’t want to install stuff that didn’t come from there and nothing would change for you
@@siloPIRATE I could, and I would. My worry is that the EU, and the USDJ for that matter, will push and press Apple to weaken their software. The excuse would be for “competition “ or “antitrust”, but we all know how much for instance the FBI dislike the security of iPhones.
If I am guaranteed the same security and privacy as before, I agree I could just “turn off” or say “no” to external app stores and so on.
But this is where I don’t quite trust neither the EU nor the Dep. of Justice. 😊

I think the EU needs to take a chill pill and let Apple breathe. People can decide for themselves if they wanna use another browser and most people who wanna use a different browser than safari will know the way around an iPhone settings menu to change the default browser.
There is no another browser. Other browsers using apple webkit and apple dont let them to use their own technology. There is only small ui difference. Every browser is same atm.
Why Apple don’t let us customize our iPhones to our liking instead of a limited range
Because that is an Android thing. Apple has never been about customization, but rather design they test and determine is the best and then you use it. Just the way it is.

Goddamnit, I caved in this week and bought a new MacBook Pro 16 inch specked out, white gorgeous Lenovo Legion RTX has been designated gaming laptop only I just can't cope with the windows bullshit during the day. The only system I use now for gaming is Windows and my MacBook is now my daily driver. Damn you Apple goddamnit taking more money off me. 🤦🤦🤦
