How much is the HOA fees and is maintenance included? Also CDD fees.

Thanks for the question! HOA is $335-$365. I will reply tomorrow when I confirm the CDD.

She said yard maintenance and irrigation are included in the HOA which is $335/mo in the Ardenna Collection and $355/mo in the Shearwater Collection.
CDD is anticipated to be no more than $5000/year. Right now, they are zoned for 400 homes, but have the land for 600-800 total. As they are approved for more homes, the CDD is expected to go down.
