She said yard maintenance and irrigation are included in the HOA which is $335/mo in the Ardenna Collection and $355/mo in the Shearwater Collection. CDD is anticipated to be no more than $5000/year. Right now, they are zoned for 400 homes, but have the land for 600-800 total. As they are approved for more homes, the CDD is expected to go down.

Hi there! The paired villas would be the lowest priced in there. There are a few of those coming in at $465k currently. The lowest priced single family quick-move-in is $579k. Hi Chris! It's not a secret, it's just a bit complicated because the fees can vary by home type (villa or single family) and home and/or lot size. That said, the HOA is around $350 per month and the CDD fee is around $1,350 per year. Hello! I won't know until it closes when it will be public. It was listed aound $3.1million, so I'm assuming it was at or close to full price. That price did include furnishings, so you could build the same home for less there. Please let me know if I can assist you in any way!

Hello! Yes, the builders will often sell their models early and then lease it back from the new owner until they are finished using it.
