those serum blushes are so pretty! i noticed that colourpop’s “tumble for ya” and em cosmetics’ “venetian rose” look really similar to the glossier cloud paint in “storm”!
Was searching for a fair skinned person with a try on for their serum blushes so I can choose the proper shade- you was the first try on. I gotta say, you seem so sweet and straight to the point. You don't spend a thousand minutes doing your eyelook with dozens of shades yet it came out so beautifully. You have such a sweet beautiful look about you! i haven't tried any of the SS blushes, but i've noticed the SS eyeshadows dry out way more quickly than my SS highlighter!
It’s so weird how that happens. I guess it’s just a difference in the formula!

Does the blush fade throughout the day?
Your skin is so flawless. I wish I had the skin of my youth. Never had issues, until I turned 30. As if getting older didn't suck enough. Lol does anyone know a serum or cream blush that dries to a powder?
I highly doubt that, Cream to powder blushes are mostly in pot form. Serum blushes tend to be more shiny and sheer since its liquidy/dewier on the skin since most its a hybrid of serum(skincare and a blush).
Do the blushes feel silicon-y upon application? I hate hate hate silicon primers and how they clog your pores!

Colourpop is like the makeup version of fast fashion and it gives me kinda an uncomfortable vibe.
I wish they’d focus more on restocking than realizing new products.
Same here! And the fact that in the past they did anything but include POC (refer to past scandals) and all of a sudden they’re releasing a line specifically for them??? Doesn’t sit right w me it feels so dirty I can’t order from them
@@alisemahone Why does it feel dirty to you? Doesn't the fact that they released a collection to be more inclusive of POC indicate that they are listening to feedback and trying to change? Also they did an entire collection where all the proceeds went to nonprofits for fighting racism. These are all positive things, why are you condemning them for it?
@@alisemahone I get what you’re saying. I do think them releasing a more inclusive collection was what the public wanted and they provided, so I’ll give them credit there. However it’s just consistency in later releases with inclusivity is what is important. One release means little, but further (hopefully more mindful) releases becoming more inclusive is a step in the right direction.
I will say, colourpop has their own lab & distribution so it's not like fast fashion in the sense that it's not contributing to waste in the same way--that's why they don't restock AND release new products, they just use their lab and dist to produce what they need in whatever quantities they need. I do really wish they'd release fewer new things, but the whole "fast fashion" thing is a lil bit of misinformation that even I've thrown around a bunch! Lots of people have meant it to be both waste-making and whip fast, but the second is def true.
@@averysandoval541 I think the way I meant with the term fast fashion, is that they produce so much so quickly, and people feel obliged to buy it now or else they’ll never get it again because they don’t restock often/ever for certain products.
But at least the waste production is reduced. That makes me feel a bit better so thanks for the information, but I just don’t like the exclusivity of Colourpop anymore and the frequency of releases.
