    I made this today…Jan 28, 2024. It is the BEST ever grilled snapper recipe I ever made! Thanks for the video! This will be my go to recipe for fish slabs from now on. Thanks again!!!

    I followed this recipe with an American Red Snapper fillet I caught in Key West/Dry Tortugas, and here's my review. Kinders Seafood Rub is pretty strong, with a pronounced black and cayenne pepper flavor. So to really enjoy this recipe, your palate should like a strong pepper flavor. Next time I will try to cut the Kinders with some generic seasonings to balance the pepper. The one thing I added to the recipe? I sliced up two ripe mangos and grilled them along with the other citrus. Delicious!

      That’s pretty standard flavor profile for blackening seasoning. Never used mango might give it a try.

    A must try. The perfect blend I for that snapper.

    *Gotta say… this recipe was very well done! You might want to try a little bit of liquid crab boil & garlic in your butter. People go crazy over that trick!*

    • @southernsalt
      @southernsalt  Před 3 lety +1

      Depends on the size of the filet but typically close to 10 minutes but I’m constantly checking for the fish to be flakey.
