Summary of this video:
Ingredients:
Onion 1 medium
Tomato 2 small
Cabbage 1/4th
Capsicum 1/2
Carrot 1 medium
Procedure:
Finely chop all these veggies.
In a pressure cooker, add a little bit of water(don't add oil).
Add onions and saute it for about 1-2 minutes.
Add cabbage and saute them.
Rock salt according to taste. (Try not to add table salt/regular salt)
Add carrot and saute them.
Add capsicum.
Add tomatoes.
Now mix all the veggies.
Add a little bit of black pepper to speed up weight loss.
Now, finally add enough water to soak up all the ingredients (500ml)
Close the lid and simmer it for about 15m on a low to medium flame.
After 15m, turn off the flame and let the lid of cooker pass naturally.
This is enough for 2 servings.
Transfer it to a bowl and sprinkle some lemon juice to enhance it's taste and for weight loss.
This is so filling that you can replace it with dinner. Or, take it before dinner. Make sure to add this soup in your diet for atleast one meal of the day.

I replaced this soup with my dinner and morning meal. This was filling and tasty too. I didn't exercise. I consumed it for 7 days and lost 2.5 kgs! My mom also tried this and she lost 4 kgs. Without any exercise. I was 56 before and now,

Sir, I have lost 20kgs in 3 months. Thanks a lot for your advice. I have substituted it with my dinner.
When I was 99kgs I was feeling kind of relaxed that my weight is in two digits only but when it reached 100kgs, it was kind of a shock to me. Please allow me to tell you something about myself. I am 35 years old and a paraplegic person due to a spinal cord injury almost 10 years back. So it is needless to say that I can not exercise like all of you normal people can. That's why I decided to focus completely on my diet.
Let me tell you all the changes I made in my diet point by point.
1. I did not stopped talking tea (I am planning to quit it though) but started using date palm jaggery in place of sugar. I haven't taken sugar since December last year. Plus I limited myself to only two cups of tea per day.
2. I started consuming sprouts with jaggery on a daily basis be it date palm or normal.
3. I drank only warm to hot water during the whole winter season. Believe me I did not had even a sip of normal water during this period.
4. I started eating lots of dal and salads before both my lunch and dinner.
5. I also tried intermittent fasting for many days. This was the toughest part as I always had a habit of eating something or other after dinner be it chocolate or any sweets or biscuits, mixtures anything. So I just stopped buying any of them. I started to had my dinner latest by 7pm and then I stopped having anything except warm water till I sleep. Then I started having my breakfast around 9-10 am. This did worked wonders for me as unnecessary munching was my worst habit.
6. I completely stopped eating junk food. Maximum once a week I might have eaten outside food.
7. I had also eaten chicken breast, white portion of egg, soya bean etc on a regular basis.
8. I regularly ate some seasonal fruits on a daily basis. Mostly apple, papaya etc along with almonds and walnuts.
9. I stopped rice, maida and refined oil as much as possible. For rotis also, I never had more than 2 in any meal.
10. And last but certainly not the least I religiously had this soup daily for my dinner. It never appealed to my taste buds but I somehow got used to this.
I just want to say this might sound tough to implement to many of you but believe me, If you have anyone in your family or friend circle who can motivate you constantly you will certainly be able to achieve this. If a paraplegic person like me can loose so much of weight why can't you? Believe in yourself, start understanding and listening to your body and start it from today only. You cannot eat outside food due to this lockdown thing so this this the best time to shed all the unnecessary kilos. Also incorporate some exercises to your routine to get better results not ony physically but mentally also. All the best guys. See you all on the better side.
P.s. I couldn't exercise due to obvious reasons.
My sleep patterns are still irregular.
I am about 80kgs as of now.

@@rahnar8185 I lost 4 kgs in 13 days. I had this once a day. Mostly in lunch. And I didn't have rice and sugar at all. Occasionally I had wheat bread and chapati.
And I didn't do any workout.
So I can say this works wonders. I also added any type of dal and ground nuts to it, to add protien.

Nirmalji it tasted bland since it only has pepper and salt for taste but I added Jeera Powder and a pinch of Garam Masala to it and it tasted wonderful. Since it also happens to be a detox recipe, spices and everything is best avoided. :)

Guys this works. I had this soup daily in the evening, replaced sugar with honey and jaggery, eliminated all junk food from my diet and ate till I was SATISFIED and not FULL. No workout and no rigorous diet. And guess what? I reduced 4 kgs in a month.

I made this soup it was delicious and even though I am a 9 year old I didn't drink it for my fitness, I drank it for healthiness
It turned out tastier than I expected, I think a small amount of garlic will enhance its taste without affecting its benifits, pepper and lemon will give a better taste. Try not to skip any of the veggies here you will not get any dominating taste of any veggies you can eat this easily.

I lose 6 kgs in 17 days. Tip is jogging 9kms per day and avoiding sugar, drinking lots of water, eat more fruits and vegetables. Weekly once non veg. Before bed and waking up in morning 1 big glass of milk.
My plan is to reduce 22kgs. I was 96.8kgs. Now i am 90.8kg.

@@upendradigi4530 yes bro. You try it. But if you are jogging for the first time in your life or walking after so many months you should walk 3kms for 1 week. Gradually you should increase the distance of jogging. Dont jogg for 9kms in the first day itself. It will cause damage to your ligament and bones. Your body will feel cramp.
Try like this. If you do like this for next 5-6mnths you can reduce upto 20kilos
Stop eating non veg totally... Focus only on veg.. I lost 12kgs in 3 months by following only veg diet.

This thing i tried out last yr during my weight loss journey. But i couldn't go for more than 2 weeks. After 2 weeks i ate chicken, and fish. This happend when i was coming back from my college and i was tired and feeling very hungry.. so i saw a road side food stall/mobile restaurant. The smell of the fried chicken made by diet broke.. 😫😁

I eat rice 3 times a day and my weight was 58 kg.
Since last 30 days I used to take curry cooked the similar manner as ur dietary food. The things I add in my curry is one tbspoon mustard oil,onion,table salt,a few fresh vegetables along with that green papaya(compulsory). And now I have reduced 4 KGS.
I do had weight loss but there is no fat loss..
Definitely going to try ur recipe with papaya and without cabbage (allergan).
Since a thyroid patients can't use cabbage and caulliflower..how can they have this ??can u advise pls

We made this soup today. Added a few drops of oil and a clove of garlic at the beginning, plus a dash of lemon juice at the end. It was a tasty, hearty soup! Had three bowls of it during the day! Thank you for the recipe.
Day 2: Made it without the oil. Didn't interfere with the taste at all! Second discovery: this soup is extremely refreshing when had chilled.

Hi Sir, I was recently diagnosed with starting stage of hypothyroidism, medicines not prescribed yet, so i have been following routine of Thyroid cure from your channel... While i am at it, in this recipe should i replace or reduce cabbage, as cabbage needs to be avoided during hypothyroidism.or continue as is.

There is NO MIRACLE soup, diet, fruit juice that is going to help u loose belly fat.
FIRST try to understand ... being healthy is more important than loosing weight. I mean , if u loose weight n CANNOT climb 2 flights of stairs ... of what use is that weight loss ?
The ideal WEIGHT LOSS SHOULD be 1 kg / week = 4 kg per month.
plz consider the following.
1) If u have belly fat, u have developed it over years. So to loose it is going to take time.
2) Begin ur day by eating any seasonal fruit.
3) NEVER skip breakfast.
4) Exercise minimum of 45 min per day.
5) Avoid soups, juices. Rather chew ur veggies n fruits.
