*PLEASE READ* - Just something I meant to mention in the video - I test all cards without any AI tech enabled so you can compare the raw power of each GPU, then if you choose to enable AI enhancements then consider it a bonus to your FPS. I do it this way so you can get realistic expectations on your framerates before you buy, as not all games support DLSS *AND* FSR.
Around 7:00. Don't be so hard on yourself. You presented clear data in an easily digestible manner. You have nothing to make up for or explain. Thanks for the great content, Jordan!
Overall the video was pretty good but I guess the main complaint I would have is showing Max FPS as I think it is pointless information. The more important metrics you should be taking is the 1% and the 0.1% lows. Other than that, you did a good job :)
I used all the info the benchmarking tools gave me mate. The benchmarks with a 1% low are there, and if I didn't show games with a 1% low it's because they simply didn't have them in the test. I used frame view for benchmarks and 1% low is as low as it goes anyway. I think in the future I'll use frameview on top of the built-in benchmarks, and then at least I'll have 1% lows for every game. All a learning experience.
Very interesting size. It solves lots of problems if someone has an ITX build! DOes it fit inthe Revolt 3 you just reviewed as on Inno site it says 337mm long, maybe it's included bracket? Thanks a lot. Was it noisy?
The temperatures on the inno that you saw were just during gaming, right? I'm looking at this card but i worry considering my MSI 3090 that i sold went to 65C max when gaming(capped to 144FPS), and 80C max on the memory doing memory-intensive stuff(AI), do you think the inno would be similar? Thank you for the review!
Yes, I took the high temp after doing all the tests, these cards are fine at the kind of temp though. General use it would much much lower. You're welcome, thanks for watching!
I would get this version if you can't get the Founders Edition because the Inno X3 and X3 OC versions use the default Nvidia PCB which since the 20 series Founders are always the best quality. Now obviously this card ( the standard X3) is only a dual slot version so less heatsink equals a bit higher temps than the 3 slot ones but the X3 OC (triple slot design) is definitely a good one. (i'm not sure if the Inno iChill versions are custom or default PCB) From first hand experience i can tell you all of the ASUS cards are junk. Both the TUF's and the insanely expensive Strix's PCBs have bad coil whine under load.
Nvidia Founder cards are built like tanks, being they own the chips that go into them they have more budget to spend on the design over the company they sell the chips to at higher margins after. To add to the above comment, my Asus TUF 4070 Ti has a slight coil whine during like two games, but my Strix has none whatsoever. Some Asus cards are known for coil whine, like the Dual 6750XT I covered, but not all of them. It seems like they've had bad luck if they've owned both and both have had whine.
i see, thanks for the explanation. if the inno does use the nvidia stuff, guess i can't really go wrong! not a fan of asus as a company myself.@@jordanash
*Generally* dimensions are just the card itself, the same with the cases and what they can take internally. The bracket isn't usually counted as it overhangs the internal of the case. .
its still a great gpu. I went from a 7800xt to a 4070 super and returned the 4070 super for a 4080 super and 4080 super is way better than the other 2. But the 4070 super was great for its size but noticed much better performance with 4080. I play on 1440p

As far as I know the length companies put for GPUs doesn't include the bracket, as that hangs over the case anyway.
Adding one of these to my little render farm. Was the only one my supplier had in. Glad its ok for what it is!
What kinda stuff do you do you need a render farm for?
@@jordanash 3D Fractals in Mandelbulber. Has a multigpu capable opencl renderer. czcams.com/video/qvQVqnEylAU/video.html
Oh damn! I can see why that needs a render farm, very cool.
@@jordanash Thanks! :D
You're welcome, keep up the good work

how do you know they're the best quality? i dont really care about power limits and overclocking, i just want it to last a long time.@@kerotomas1

Did this inno3d have coil whine? What was the system temperature?
No I didn't notice any, and during the benchmarks was 46-49
Thanks
No probs
my 4080 super fe has been great. no whine
Great
Hi just wondering if you found out where the RGB cable went as I still can’t seem to get the RGB TO WORK
This model doesn't have it, I said that later in the video. Also, please don't spam comments, I see everyone of them, there's no need.
Does the 337mn length include the little bit sticking out of the bracket? Wondering if this will fit in the SUGO 14/15 which has a 330mm length limit
*Generally* dimensions are just the card itself, the same with the cases and what they can take internally. The bracket isn't usually counted as it overhangs the internal of the case. .
@@jordanash Thanks, that’s a shame it won’t fit. Needed the third slot free and this GPU would otherwise be perfect.
Ah that's a shame. I think Zotac do a small two slot 4080S.
Can you compare with a 7800xt?
I can do yeah
4080 super crushes 7800 xt. I: have both and sold 7800 xt. the 7800xtx is closer to 4080 but 4080 still better
Why the minimum fps for 4080 super is bad in relation the others? That is bad, right?
It could be where this has just come out and it will improve with future driver updates, like we see with other cards.
Hello guys, does anyone know how the 4080s ichill card behaves?
Oh sorry, I didn't notice you put a different model. Hopefully someone can help.
Don't know what -200$ you're talking about, cause on ebay it costs 1400-1600$ and more.
Don't use ebay, that's just full of people scalping cards, that's why
Kinda same price at online stores in Poland
That's a good price considering they're a few hundred more here.
هل هذا الكرت جيد من هذه الشركه ام لا ؟ ام لاتنصحون به؟
نعم، لقد كان رائعا. لا مشكلة في التوصية بهم.
It looks like that Super is not so Super
Better price, but otherwise pretty much 4080 copy paste

That's like I showed in the video, the jump from 4070ti to 4080 Super is massive
Wow, my INNO3D RTX 4080 X3 is a lot thicker than this.
Sure it's not the RGB version? That's thicker.
@@jordanash Mine has the RGB stripe at the center, so yes. It still called the INNO3D RTX 4080 X3 tho.
I think the rgb version is the "X3 OC"
@@jordanash Nope, mine isn't the OC. Think there are two model of it. The Non-OC and the 0C version of the X3
Fair enough
