People keep ignoring the fact that it’s harder to do kicks on southpaws versus orthodox. Jamal fights southpaw mostly, his kicks will be rendered weaker, not entirely compromised.

Sweet chin music. This exchange may happen after an Alex leg kick. Hill may want to counter with a hard shot. But as we know Alex is sneaky with that hook. He may even bait the leg kick just to engage.

So hard to predict i believe Hill is faster but can Alex land the low kicks enough to slow Hill. The layoff for Hill concerns me i am leaning towards Hill until i saw Brenda Shaub picked him so Alex for the win plus he has been active.

Hills speed could do it, but I’m not sure how he will deal with the calf kicks, which will take away that speed, and be a more desperate easier target for the left hook. Gonna be a great fight
Was thinking the same.
However, after some research, I noticed Alex throws hi calk kick with his right leg. So an opponent with an orthodox stance will get chopped down (Jiri, Yan).
When Issy fought him the first time, he learned the hard way every time he was in orthodox, the calf kick comes.
On the second fight, I noticed everytime Issy shifted to Southpaw, Alex stops the calf kicks and throws switch lead low leg kicks which aren't as dangerous as the calf kicks. That's when Issy was doing the best striking, when he switched to southpaw.
Jamahal Hill fights as a Southpaw! And can switch stances.
So Hill may have the style to give Alex problems.
Most of these fighters have terrible records for picking fights. All my money is going on Alex.
Jamahal hit glover about 400 times in the head and didn’t knock him out. Alex hits harder than jamahal. Alex isn’t getting knocked out at 205. He was extremely depleted at 185. And still.
