    But I am saying 2, 500 rupees more then my salary at the consultancy, so I am no problem during the interview.
    You should explain to me how to deal with such problems.
    This makes me a little sad and a little scared. You should make it clear to me how I deals with this when it comes to salaries sir.

      You should know your strengths. If the company you apply for needs people having the strength you have, you should not have any problem in asking for more salary. So you have to bargain with them with the strength (i.e qualification, experience, expertise etc) you have.

    • @MJalalEnglishforTamils
      @MJalalEnglishforTamils  Před 4 lety +1

      You can improve. Avoid using Tamil. If you force yourself to be in a situation when you have no alternative bu to speak in English, then you will pick up spoken English soon. Initially it will be tough. But you can overcome this difficulty in due course. But you listen to only English, like English news; Debates in English; etc. Read a lot of English books to improve your style of speaking and vocabulary.
