I watched way too many CZcams vids to finally find you make it as authentic as I remember it. Thank you flor letting it sit, and for letting me know how long to knead the dough and letting me know the oil needs to be hot, and especially for not using a roller pin. ❤ I can finally make it the way I know!

Hi. Baking powder is activated by heat, not time, like yeast. So there's no need to let it rest for 1h30m, it won't rise. Thanks for the video!
