For this problem..there are two possible answers 930 and 960. If you are getting any of these two..your process is correct.
960
960
I got 960
Last two steps not clear
Thanks! I got tried to select different 6, I got two answers.
I CANNOT THANK YOU ENOUGH! 90% OF MY EXAM CAME FROM THIS AND YOUR OTHER VIDEOS.
OMG I don't know what to say and how to thank you , I can just say you are ever best lecturer I had ever seen in my life.....may God bless you forever
You really did amazingly well, thank you. I understand Least cost 100% NOW!!! God bless you
you are literarily saving my life with these videos i have exams and didnt no where to start thanks a lot
Thank you very much for your wonderful explanation sir.. The way you are teaching makes me to understand easily..
i regret not findign your videos before. my exam is in 2 hours and i'm speed running my studies and i realize i should've found this before. anyways, i understand very easily and will write this is exam.
subscribing to you because your explanation was amazing
Thanks for this wonderful video sir.
Formally, I thought both north west corner method and least cost method answers will be the same. And I keep on solving and I found out that my answers are not the same until after I watched this video. And now my doubt is cleared.
Once anew thank you sir for this wonderful video.
Thanks for keeping more than one same cost
😂😂😂
Hello good Sir , do you think you can help me with the same kind of Transportation problem but with the minimum duration between the factorys and shops ? the suplies and demand of goods stay the same but istead of cost we use minutes. and i want to obtain the minimum time between shops and factorys. I have the algortim for it but i dont understand it.
Clarity explanation 👌👏👍 I am really understood 👌
Your explain was very good sir.i easily understand.thank you sir
The best way of teaching that u have sir
Thank you so much, You are a wonderful lecturer, I have a cat tomorrow and your lessons have been very useful sir.
Thank you so much... Easily to understand more than my lecturer teach... 😁😁😁
Your teaching way is very good thank-you so much
Which method of solving a transportation model do you trace a closed loop ?
Thank you sir I have exam on 2nd may ... I got lots of help from this video
Thank you very much, this video lecture is perfect and very helpful.
Very detailed explanation. Thank you sir.👍🏾
This is great. The explanation is very simple and very clear
Thanku so much. Really your teaching process is so good
Hello
Sir how to solve this problem when Supply and demand is not provided using LCM
When allocating to cell ,if the demand and supply are same then what we should do?
How's that the last f3 is done for both s2 and s4
there is problem with F3 and S4. at the last part, where we have 50 demands and 50 capacity. why do you put 40 above 8 and leave capacity 50. but you cross the 50 demand.?
Thank you very much. The explanation was really good and helpful
Quite helpful.. I was able to solve my questions correctly.. Thank you!
Thank you sir! Ur explanation was very clear!
is there an example that involves the used and unused routes?
Why should we allocate 10 goods to S4 as we can allocate max 10 either to S2 or S4?
In f3 supply is 50 who was remains.. What to do with that
He's having 3 infinity stones with him
NiKhil GarakaPati hahahahahaha hahahahahaha Hahahaha you’ve got a point bro.
😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂
Thanos ko bata na padhe ga
Sir what is difference between least cost method and North West corner method
Excellent explanations. Thanks very much
I am so grateful to you this video help mi to understand this method properly
Is it necessary to convert profit matrix into loss matrix
If there is a tie in demand also what should we do ?
thanks.....3 hrs of class in about 14 minutes 🎉
What if we choose factory 2 to supply store 3 in step 2nd?? The demand of store is 50 also the supply of factory is 50 . Can we cancel both row and column at the same time??
Thank you sir.. best way of teaching
Thank you sir .... your explanation is very helpful ...
Sir if we take 930 means it is give problem in degeneracy methods
4+3-1=6..if we choose 930 in that only 5 allocated cells
sir how to add dummy if you can solve that
But sir in the 6 case i have taken the 6 that is after the 4 from that answer is also the same....i dont think it is compulsory to choose any particular 6 ..
Which gives a more accurate answer? Least Cost or NorthWest Corner Method?
How do you test out for degeneracy of those solutions
Ur communication will be excellent. Tqsm for that amazing understand
Thanks a lot.
Sir What if there is a zero in number of products to be sent ?
Amazingly described ♥
This is GREAT. Thanks a lot. But I have a question. I tried assigning the demands differently and i got 5 instead of 6 transactions. could you please understand why.
Nice...conceptual clearity... Ty🙏😊
Excellent God bless you 🙏 my question is that if we are asked to find a schedule to minimize the transportation cost? How do we do it
Clear explanations, thank U.
you explaination...is just uncomparable...osm sir
got 960 , this video helps me to understand well transportation method.

This video is on unbalanced transportation. Hope it will benefit you
Sir if 0 is taken as least cost or we should go for 1
This was really really helpful. I appreciate it
Gm sir, suppose the least cost amount is '0' how its solve?.??
Fantastic. Understood. Thank you Sir
Thank you Sir...your videos are really helpful.
Will this method also apply for maximizing profit??
Thank you sir. You've been great help👏
In some questions, I get lower transportation cost in North corner method than matrix minima method.
Sir can u solve the same problem in North West method. I am getting wrong solution. As 400 comparing to LCM
What if the matrix has more then one minumum cost?
Thanks for uploading this video because of its helps to a lot...
Sir a very biggest doubt about if again tie will be
Thanks for helping ....a question please if the demand is more than supply what do you do .....I my case demand is 3400 and supply is 2800
Thank you sir , I understood easily
Awesome way of explanation..
Thank you this has been helpful to me
Sir wt to do the remaining demands
How the demand and supply come i dont undestand it
It is so nice to see this sum thank u for teach this 👌👌👌👌
thank u sir sir only lowest cost smjh ni aa rha tha ab aa gya
Sir I have a question. If I prefer to fill the table in which the answer will be 930, there would be 5 cells that are filled, instead of 6 cells (as in the video). The problem is while the 930 option seems better, I couldn't find a way to use MoDi method because f3s3 cell's R and K values can't be calculated and (R+K= 6 obviously but with which combination, 3-3, 4-2, 5-1 etc.??) also the "Loop" can't be established. 960 option can be improved, to be equal to 920 after using MoDi.
So my question is, in order to be able to use these methods effectively, should there be at least 2 shipments from each factory (to any store)??? Obviously only one shipment of 50 uits made from F3 to S3 seems perfect but it is't.
Thank you in advance.
Sir i followed this method and I considered a row with same numbers 4 4 6 and below first four the demand is 65 and 2 nd 4 is 42 and I consider the number with high demand I got a different answer as my professor got 830 and I got 890
If transport and supply will not equal then or it will be equal in every question
Very clear
Thank you very much intellectuals
Thank you sir, what if the demand of the tie cost is equal
thankyou so much sir! GodBless You Sir
hello, please how do we get your mail?
i do have one to two transportation problems to solve
Nice explanation.....thanku so much sir
Kindly assist on this
Assume we deliver ~5000 orders per day and that our top clients are catering companies like Dmark, oneL and Le Padg . On the supply side of the business assume we are actively working with 25 courier companies, in the next year we would like to be the go-to platform for courier companies, private fleet and commercial vehicles.
The goal is to reach 100,000 deliveries a day operating in multiple verticals not relying on food. Please Consider:
● What other verticals (on the client side) should we consider and why (quick wins and long ones)?
● Select one vertical and show how you would go about it in detail (approach, value drivers, key sales messages, etc.)?
● What are the critical points for the business over the next 3, 6, 12 months and how would you track milestones?
● What specific obstacles do you think could stop you from closing new business? How would you tackle these?
● What other general challenges could you foresee and how would you tackle them?
Sir pls tell me how we can take the figures of destination and origin
Great work man.....keep it up..
Awesome lecture.
Keep going ...thank you
Tqq I understood this problem by seeing this vedio...
Love you bro.You gave me much relief.
clear explanation, thanks very much!
after 1st 7 with the heighest demand 2nd 7 should be solved but why did u solve 8 and then at last 7?
How to find the optimal solution ?
Exalent teaching sir TQ v much sir
Please i want you to explain it to the shadow cost, because that is where I am having a problem. Thank you
may you be blessed abundantly
Superb explanation 👌👌👌
very helpful.. thank you so much
Is this minimisation?
