For this problem..there are two possible answers 930 and 960. If you are getting any of these two..your process is correct.

Sir I have a question. If I prefer to fill the table in which the answer will be 930, there would be 5 cells that are filled, instead of 6 cells (as in the video). The problem is while the 930 option seems better, I couldn't find a way to use MoDi method because f3s3 cell's R and K values can't be calculated and (R+K= 6 obviously but with which combination, 3-3, 4-2, 5-1 etc.??) also the "Loop" can't be established. 960 option can be improved, to be equal to 920 after using MoDi.
So my question is, in order to be able to use these methods effectively, should there be at least 2 shipments from each factory (to any store)??? Obviously only one shipment of 50 uits made from F3 to S3 seems perfect but it is't.
    Thank you in advance.

    Kindly assist on this
Assume we deliver ~5000 orders per day and that our top clients are catering companies like Dmark, oneL and Le Padg . On the supply side of the business assume we are actively working with 25 courier companies, in the next year we would like to be the go-to platform for courier companies, private fleet and commercial vehicles.
The goal is to reach 100,000 deliveries a day operating in multiple verticals not relying on food. Please Consider:
    ● What other verticals (on the client side) should we consider and why (quick wins and long ones)?
    ● Select one vertical and show how you would go about it in detail (approach, value drivers, key sales messages, etc.)?
    ● What are the critical points for the business over the next 3, 6, 12 months and how would you track milestones?
    ● What specific obstacles do you think could stop you from closing new business? How would you tackle these?
    ● What other general challenges could you foresee and how would you tackle them?
