Has it already been two weeks since the release of DDC? Oops, guess I waited a bit too long to upload this one. ^^;;; I have my reasons, though! See, I was working hard on another DDC remix and ended up forgetting to upload this one. Expect that remix soon enough, once I finish it~
Shinmyoumaru's a pretty cool boss. Love her one card gimmick. Y'know, THAT one... not that I've played against her though personally--I can't really play DDC unfortunately. The game's too slow/unreliable most of the time when I try it on my old laptop, and I can't even play it on my new one. Oh well. At least I can listen to the soundtracks and remix them.
With this one I went and tried my luck with the house genre again. I think it sounds ok--I'm especially satisfied with the intro--though the music box at the end I feel needs to be fixed. I'll add a download link with an updated version soon. I also tried a change in pitch at something like half way through the song or whatever, and what do you know, it doesn't sound incredibly abrupt. Yay! Though to be fair I didn't try to somehow hop back to the initial pitch... hehe, hooray for playing things safe. c:
Also, reference time! There's one reference from DDC (granted I changed it up a bit but it could still be recognizable), and there's one reference from Kingdom Hearts. Good luck reference hunting! :D
