Mimi is with us for 1.5 weeks. The first days we let her get used to us and our house without Loulou & Coco. After that we tried to get them used to each other every day. It takes time and gets better every day. I think I'm the most nervous about whether everything will go well. Mimi is sweet and fortunately does not attack them, nor does she use her nails. Loulou & Coco are alert, they don't understand why Mimi doesn't come to them. They are alert because she occasionally growls at them. Despite everything, Mimi really wants to come to the living room and Loulou & Coco would like to go to Mimi. I can't wait for them to sleep together.

Maybe some Storm Stress homeopathic for Mimi (put in water for self serve) or plain catnip, and maybe the girls one at a time, two ganging is a bit offputting. They will be fine with her they are gentle with chick and ducklings

It looks like it's going very well. CC looks like she wants to play with Mimi SO much!! LL just seems curious about this new little creature in the house. You are amazing, Eveline. I think this meeting went very well. Loulou and Coco are not barking and aggressively trying to reach Mimi. Mimi doesn't have an arched back and isn't hissing like crazy. I think Loulou and Coco have had the benefit of living with you and so many different animals that their curiosity overcomes any other impulses they might have. I wish my male mini Dachshunds didn't have such hunting instincts. Accommodating a kitty into our home would be a very difficult, long process,I think. Not to mention loud! Lol
Loulou and Coco are showing some impressive restraint😂 The way they love to inspect things while on walks opposed to how they act within a short distance to Mimi. I'm equally impressed with Mimi's bravery. You rock mom!
So proud 😍. I was a bit worried at the beginning if it would work out but it's getting better every day. Now I really dare to say with certainty that they will sleep together soon ❤.

Ze voelt zich vrij veilig nog wat onwennig.
Zolang ze altijd een plek hoog heeft zoals de tafel of een ander hoog meubel dan is het Okay want dat is wel belangrijk.
Ja planten en aarde😂😂Ik denk echt dat ze de kippen ook met rust laat hoor.
Ze krijgt genoeg eten dus Nee ziet er goed uit aan haar gedrag te zien beter dan ik dacht.
Plus Cc en Ll zijn zeer rustig.

I have a dachshund - male 10months and a cat - female 4years, it has taken 7 months but they are now friendly. It takes some time but it's worth the patience.

Our new kitten made friends with our doxie and I couldn’t believe it! Our older cat and the doxie never really got past being awkward roommates, but she and the new kitten play and nap together! I hope these girls can all work past the language barrier and be pals.

Wij hebben een Abessijn en een korthaar dwerg exact als Coco en Loulou. De kat (3 jaar) was er welliswaae als eerste, maar vanaf de tweede dag is het een feest om ze samen te zien . Completely in love. Ze spelen, wassen elkaar en slapen samen op het hondenkussen. Tip vooral niet teveel aandacht aan geven, het regelt zich vanzelf. Marianne
Oh wat leuk! Abessijn ook echt prachtig. Het gaat echt elke dag beter. Mimi wil graag beneden zijn en zoekt Loulou & Coco op. Als het haar teveel is dan springt ze op de tafel. Gisterenavond waren Coco en Mimi samen aan het spelen met een balletje, echt zo leuk om te zien. Zeker in het begin zat ik er bovenop omdat ik het spannend vond of alles goed zou gaan maar nu vertrouw ik het wel dat het goed gaat komen.

I love Mimi's chunky knit bed that she sleeps in, it looks very comfy. LouLou and Coco will get used to their new little sister soon, and will work out that she'll be able to get onto places higher up than they can. It'll be lovely seeing them grow together ❤🐾💞.
