The accent the narrator gives to Robin, who is from a wealthy middle class and very posh part of North Yorkshire, is more suited to a Coronation Street character. And Oxford-educated Strike's oo-arr Cornish accent is also too extreme. He spent parts of his childhood and adolescence in London.
