You refuse to live peacefully so the israelis need to protect themselves. Freedom was there but muslims won't stop. If you turn against hamas and Islamic tyranny then you can be free
Something that really bothered me about the Israeli man is when he said that their side doesn't glorify violence and the Palestinians do, while he's sitting there proudly talking about serving in the IDF while all 3 Palestinians talked about losing someone very close to them because of the violence from the IDF. The IDF has committed more war crimes, killed more people, and committed more violence towards the Palestinians way before Hamas was even created. Also 2/3 of the Israelis stepped forward for justifying violence while only 1 person on the Palestinians side stepped forward. Not to mention that an estimated 80% of hamas members were orphans at the hands of the IDF, not trying to justify any of the things they have done to Israelis but its basic human psychology that hurt people hurt other people. It is Israels violence and inhumane acts that create hamas members because that type of emotional pain turns into hate and violence stems from hate. I also agree with the Palestinian girl who said she doesn't agree with a 2 state solution because she wants everyone to be able to live equally and in peace without borders or checkpoints and I agree. I know I saw one of you look like yeah but thats not always realistic. But my grandparents were kids living in Palestine in the 1940s and they had jewish neighbors who they loved and cared for and I believe that if there was a time where it was like that then it is possible for the future to be like that again. But we have to acknowledge it was peaceful before the zionist movement came into effect (which displaced my grandparents making them refugees) and creates hateful mindsets that makes people say things like "its not your land." The concept of zionism which states that jewish people should have their own land that excludes everyone who isn't jewish is not only hateful but something I can never agree with since I was raised being taught that the holy land is for everyone, is important for muslims, jews, and christians, and no one has the right to exclude others from it.
Naive nonsense, grow up. Say you are jewish and walk into Gaza and see how well it would work in one state. All fucking bullshit utopian discussion should end there.
This is inaccurate at so many levels that it is hard to 'fix' it all. First of all the cocept of Zionism does not call to exclude everyone else - and the State of Israel does not exclude non-Jews. There are Arab members of parliament, judges, professors etc. I have both had Arab students at the college I teach and have heard lecturers from Arab professors. I have gone to Arab doctors and have Arab colleagues within whom I work. As opposed to that....look at what the status of Jews (and Christians) in Egypt, Lebanon etc. Regarding Jewish life in Arab societies (including what you call the Holy Land) - as long as the Jews 'knew their place' - they were generally fine. 'Protected peoples' (dimha) according to Moslem society. I could go on - but I doubt that you are open to discussing the complexity of the situation,

Israeli generous offer of 97 percent is a MYTH. Actually 46 percent was offered. This may be new to young people but we have witnessed this as outsiders for YEARS. @David-rq1xjMost Palestinian accept bitterly that Israelis are there. They simply don’t agree or believe that Israel should be the occupying power. And I completely understand why. I recently came across one of your videos and was impressed by your dedication to seeking truth and educating yourselves. As a human being first and a Palestinian, I feel immensely proud of your efforts. However, I'd like to offer a small insight regarding why Palestinians in Gaza choose not to leave and why it's not as simple as someone "taking them." Imagine being forcibly displaced from your village or city in 1948, surviving massacres and attacks with no power to defend yourself, and eventually being pushed into Gaza. You lost everything, accepted your loss, and started anew in Gaza. But now, you face the dire conditions that people in Gaza endure-denial of basic human rights, restricted movement, and food and water insecurity. Living in what can only be described as a concentration camp, it's not justifiable to call it a prison because you end up in prison for wrongdoing, but Gazans are confined solely because they are Palestinian. For us, this becomes a cause-we've endured injustice for years, lost loved ones simply because of our Palestinian identity, and faced numerous hardships for being who we are. We firmly believe in our right to live here, but we're aware that there will be continuous attempts to force us away. Our resistance lies in remaining steadfast on our land, living and, if needed, dying for our right to exist. Our grandparents once believed that leaving temporarily would lead to a resolution, but with time, none of the refugees have been granted the right to return. I hope this sheds light on the deeply rooted convictions and the struggle that shapes our choices and determination to remain in our homeland.
Your comment does shed light on the struggles of this living in Gaza. I deeply feel for all of those who are innocent on both sides. This fight goes back further than anyone alive today. If there is to ever be any sort of solution we need to be open and we need to be frank. The land of Israel is the birthplace of the Jewish people. Theres a plethora of ancient artifacts and historical texts proving Jews were living in Jerusalem up to 4,000 years ago. The Islamic history of Jerusalem begins with the conquest of the city by Caliph Umar in 635 (or 638). And there’s endless history between these 2 groups… you could go on forever listing the tit for tat between the two. But the most important and pressing issue now, is who gets to live there now? The simple answer is both. Sadly, the leader currently in charge of the Palestinian people, state openly and unapologetically that they will never agree to this. As much as I disagree with the tactics the IDF are currently using… I’m sad and ashamed to admit that I can’t think of any other options. I’m interested to hear what you would do if you were their shoes? And I dont say that with the intent to argue … I'm serious, if it were up to you, and the leaders of the people directly next to you pledged to remove you and all your citizens from the face of this earth, and continually took actions against your people to back up their claim… what would you do?

I will not point fingers, but just know, there will never peace for both in the absence of justice. Justice is a prerequisite for peace. what these videos and the many others that you have seen about this conflict tell you is : There is a cycle of violence stemming from the mistreatment, oppression and disregard of the rights and dignity of the Palestinian people. A simple look at the history of the land that is now Israel has been a tumultuous one. This is mainly due to where Israel is located. Israel is a bridge between the middle east and Europe. Thus, many different empires have fought over it. The Jews conquered the land thousands of years ago. But ownership of this area has been paid for in blood. Jews were favored slaves by many invading empires, resulting in their dispersion throughout the lands. It took the genocide of the Jews at the hands of the Nazis for the United Nations to create Israel as we now know it. The Jews were being (finally) returned home. The Arab nations that surrounded modern day Israel are the ones who keep the Palestinian-Israeli conflict going. Israel has strived hard for peace, but the surrounding nations want to see the Jewish genocide continue. This is why, during WWII, Nazi Germany had support from so many Arabic nations because they had the same goal in mind, which was the complete and total eradication of all Jews.

The segregation is self imposed.
I side with Israel, and I pray for Palestine. I genuinely wish there was a peaceful solution, but I logically know there will never be a merging of Muslims and Jews. Both religions see that area as Holy Land and the hardest place for anyone to compromise is religion. That is a deeper connection than any other. This conflict will never end until one or the other is defeated.
I side with Palestine because Palestinians are children of the Canaan people, not the Jews, the fake Jewish god told these terrorists to occupy the land of Canaan and that’s when Judaism was born, it was never their land. And Hamas is a product of netanyahu’s action. This is a fight against Zionism, and Israelis need to leave.
@@Bias_who_and_where Israel has offered to split the land and the PA walked away from talks every time because their goal is not compromise, but total removal of Israel as a state. I'm a Christian, so I don't have an intimate knowledge of every aspect of the Muslim/Jewish conflicts, but I know that Israel has offered large sections of the land to the Palestinian Authority and they weren't satisfied. If hamas wasn’t in power then there could potentially be a road to peace. It is unreasonable to expect Jewish people to ignore the threat of hamas and the agenda that hamas has clearly stated in their charter. There is no compromise in their commitment to the destruction of the Jewish peoples. Also, I think it’s important to recognize the cultural differences between the muslim world and the western world. I am not disparaging any religion or culture, I am simply pointing out that there is a huge difference and Israel is a western state. Food for thought in moving forward.
What about before Hamas was in power? Why does Netanyahu believe that those who oppose a two state solution (like himself) need to support Hamas? Why did Netanyahu support Hamas over the secular PLO?
Isreal left Gaza because Netanyahu was afraid of the 2 state solution gaining traction. They did it to divide the West Bank and Gaza politically. They wanted Hamas to take power and to keep power because they won't be recognized as legitimate by the international community. Isreal doesn't have to negotiate and can be more forceful than they otherwise could be because they can say they're fighting terrorism. If the PLO had won they would've been forced to negotiate. Hamas is a useful enemy for the Likud party. They can act like the strong defenders of the homeland against barbarians.
Until people acknowledge the reason Hamas exists thats when the road to peace can start. This just reeks of 'do you condemn hamas' just to tick off that moral point. Hamas came to power in 2005, was there peace before? The israel leadership literally helped create hamas.

Not to mention Jewish settlers had only been there for a few decades at this point. How can a 2 state solution be possible with Israeli settlements?

People are saying Radical Islam, many Christian Palestinians fought violently and still fight for their freedom.

???? Your comment doesn’t make any sense… I think you might be projecting the whole ‘moral’ thing. You don’t seem interested in a solution, only looking back and picking a side while condemning the other….
Unfortunately thats the reality, we have to look back to go foward. Supporting or picking either side makes no difference in my life, but we have to acknowedge Hamas didnt start in a vacuum for any sort of solution to come out.@@BeanMacdui
Thank You so so so much for keep digging deep and revealing the truth! its so mooving❤🙏
Seeing young people become curious and educate themselves is a blessing to our communities.
I am blessed by your blessings and I thank you or it.
Y’all are the real deal. Big fan. Thank yall
"Violence is not the answer but violence solved most of the problems"
-some emperor
Maybe y’all should make your own jubilee episode that’s current. Invite people on the show from both sides. Could be the next video to make y’all channel pop even more
Great Video. Informative.
It's always good to hear what young people are feeling about this, BUT, they are doing exactly that, making arguments based on feeling not fact.
The six day war was only five days long, but it was a MIRACLE like the miracle of creation. See Miko Peled, he talks about all of the propaganda or bs that they’re taught. He wrote a book called The General’s Son. He is the son of a very famous Israeli General.
Agreeing with an IDF soldier is CRAAZZZYYY…
Yeah, he came off as the most untrustworthy person of the group on both sides
He is right
the 2 state solution has been Rejected by Arabs unilaterally every time its been proposed.
what I learned as an American back in the 1960's,
"We can forgive [the Arabs] for killing our children. We cannot forgive them for forcing us to kill their children. We will only have peace with [the Arabs] when they love their children more than they hate us..."
Golda Meir
I’ve always despised that quote and thought it took away agency from Israelis. That quote certainly downplays the role of Israel in the violence that occurred after Zionist settlement in Palestine, and subsequent events.
1947 partition was a joke and any honest person can see that. How do you give the majority of the land to people who made up roughly 33% of the population? Not to mention Jewish settlers had only been there for a few decades at this point. How can a 2 state solution be possible with Israeli settlements?
this is incorrect - they rejected some solutions that required they give up MORE land than the 1967 lines because who would accept that? they did engage in peace talks but were never given any power. Also that quote is heinous. don't kill children if you dont want to.
I realize its all a family affair going back to Abraham. However historically before 70 a.d there was no Palestine, and since then there has never been a Palestinian nation, just a geographical area claimed by arabs.
As for the violence, I dont think it will ever end, not after centuries of mindless slaughter and mayhem.
yes because at that time 1/3 only population was jews and were given more than half land. how is that a partition. and please the main problem is how isral continued to capture land by force and illegal settlings even according to un its occupation os illegal. and they way they have always treated palestinians. this is the main problem. their barbaric mentality and actions
Watch the recent podcast on the history of the situation with Dave Smith and Scott Horton. It starts at like 10 minutes in. Horton is the best guy to listen to to understand modern wars.
According to you.
@@winnersfootballtv5517 correct. And I am right. Got anyone that you think is better?
I just saw a white dude with a fluent american acent telling a brown man speaking english with arabic accent that Palestine the arab land in the middle east that it is not your land lol 😂😂
If you want peace be prepared for war. And remember there is a time to begin and a time to end. The only constant that is not effected by time is truth. Great video guys God Bless brothers
The difference between the two is
If the people in Gaza put down their guns, ect then there would be peace but if Israel puts down their guns/defense then there would be no more Israel.
One side wants to literally eradicate the other and this is not the first time certain people have tried this.
Cap
Y do u think hamas even exists??? Bcz Israel doesn't want any peace
Not true, the plo were literally hippies and used to only talk about peace and then Israel started creating illegal settlements.
So it would go back to the way it was before the Euro Jews invaded Palestine.
You guys are sick! Keep up the good content! ❤
And thanks for the video, keep putting then out
Interesting how the calmer brothers have the most wisdom
Yo this video is priceless ❤❤❤
The irony that one of the Israeli girls has a strong South African accent.....the idf soldier's attitude emphasizes how entitled they are even though his ancestors were from Europe....
His Jewish ancestors probably come from Israel. Farther back!
So no black Americans are American if their ancestors 7 generations came from Senegal or other African countries? 🤦♀️
Or technically besides indigenous peoples all of America. Or plenty of other countries all around the world during Roman, Ottoman and other empires.
The problem isnt where your ancestors are buried.
Both sides need to learn to live and govern TOGETHER as many other countries did or do! That is if either or both side TRULY want peace. And I dont believe they do. I dont believe Palestine wants and Israel will never trust.
What are you talking about, 75% of Israel Jews are of middle eastern and North African origin, and you follow European Jews heritage back to what is Israel!
So you are saying jewish people didnt live in Israel in lets say in Biblical times? It is their homeland too!
They both need to grow up and live in peace and get rid of Hamas! Drop walls, and coexist!
Chevy Chase, Maryland was a sundown town, and everyone who was black had to leave or face arrest after sundown.
Once again Men! you nailed it!! This is what the world needs real Dialogue, I agree it bought a tear to my eye watching them break bread, Young people understand we need to get these old folks ruling out of the way, they are literally destroying the world!
What a video brothers ❤
Gobar mate explained it better than anyone
I haven't heard any responsibility being taken on either side. It's like forcing people to stay in a really bad abusive relationship.
Islam means peace. Islam doesn’t allow killing.
Also, everytime I see this IDF dude, the tall guy, I see dead eyes, like a brainwashed soulless robot
Yeah, I don’t care what topic they’re talking about there’s something off with him
Loved the end when they all sat together to eat ♥️
All of these people have gone through so much pain 💔 I pray all of us humans can stop it from spreading
24:17 that was a good point from Brother with the cap and at 24:47 too
Time for Piers Morgan and Dr Mate!
I've seen the middle ground episode at least 10 times. I love it. So many gems. Such a rich and layered discussion. I worry you all won't get it and it will go over your head. You didn't know who DJ premier was. 😢😂
i think this video was edited because when i say it years ago there was a part of it where the palestenians say their family members were killed by isreali forces for no crime or reason and the isreali soliders didnt face any consequnces for their brutality
@@safadalwai8739is that part no longer in the video?
@@safadalwai87395:04 at this part of the video it mentions how their loved ones were killed without consequence. Is that what you are referring to? I know that videos can be edited too, but I don't remember what you are describing. You may be correct and I forgot. I have seen stuff like that said in other videos, but not this specific episode.
Please, we need more of this videos doesnt matter the outcome as long the story is true
This is the most emotional conflict ever they need to sign a peace treaty or agreement or something the back and forth must end at some point
Again Hamas is only 20 years old .. and active only recently.. Wesr bank has no hamas yet since october 300 were killed 3000 have been arrested and its happening for years
Crying for seeing Arab sad like this i just wanna give him a hug 😢❤
John Coltrane quoted "GOOD CAN ONLY BRING GOOD.." Thomas Sowell quoted there's never solutions, only trade offs. Keep Swingin' Young Bloods!!
Your video was awesome..thank you
that IDF guy is a perfect example of the Israeli government mindset.
Of course she's Arab I'm Moroccan with little bit dark skin with a very black hair and with brown eyes and my sister she's blond with a blue-gray eyes
My husband is a palistinian he's white with green eyes
Thinking about how the descendants of slavery here in the United States were not permitted to be go into white neighborhoods, because of the assumption that they would cause trouble, and that they were just so violent. It’s just that it’s worse in Israel. How do you live in Israel and not be racist? Everyone who is Israeli who isn’t has moved to Berlin.
15:54 Not a person who will kill a person, but a Palestinian who harms an Israeli, because the Israeli army does not have the duty or authority to protect a Palestinian!!
The boy who’s sister got killed he said that he lives in the west bank. There is no hamas in the west benk so whats there excuse
There is terrorism there are you kidding me? There are more then one Palestinian terror organization lol
The Israeli guy demonstrates a level of arrogance and lack of empathy that is sickening. He proceeds to say the land belongs to them because of “international law”. Is this the same international law that states Israeli settlements in the West Bank are illegal?
you would think 1+1 = 2 but i guess not in his mind 🥴
Bro, what are u yapping about? Israeil guy is standing on bidness he's speaking straight facts. "The weak will perish while the strong will live." That's life, so stop bitching 😂
Actually Israel is internationally recognised as the occupying power. ironic
@@Anny0173 yeah which is exactly why the settlements are illegal. You can’t move your citizens to an occupied territory.
Too deep to fix over night. It's up to the youngest generation to fix this. The elders already made their minds up.
Israelis live a good life and the standard of living is very high. For them.
Where there is opression there is resistance. When there is occupation there is resistance
Thomas Sowell has an excellent Jewish history video I think you guys would enjoy. It’s quite long but informative!
I enjoyed watching these young, cool and attractive people from both sides interacting together in a respectful and peaceful way. Makes one to feel hopeful.
Though I wonder why the organizers didn't include at least one veiled woman to represent the Palestinians. Was it intentional? How would the atmosphere and conversation have changed?
Yes, thank you, still watch norman finkelstein
They are not extremist, they're freedom fighters
Cope
Terrorists
Mr idf is so rude… he doesn’t believe in a Palestinian state that just shows how Israeli soldiers think of these poor Palestinians.
