- Pete Waterman's Making Tracks - The Final Frontier
In this video:
• Chris surprises me with a new car model and a celebrity car.
• Updated views of the new viaduct.
• Paul continues flocking.
• Dave and Robin refit backing boards.
• Pete fits 23,000 insulators (and moans about it!)
• Peter discusses wiring (and how he loves it)
• Chris reveals the new MegaPoints Controllers tail lamp flasher.
All the small subtle details make such a difference......coming together brilliantly!
Pete is a born leader. Absolutely love the man
Thank you for all the videos I love the chat . Always happy when a new video is uploaded. Thank you very much
Again another cracking update Dave on what’s going to be the biggest model railway ever 😊 Pete was 100% right nobody could replicate this on their own especially as this is recreating the real thing 👍🏻 I’ve got my tickets already woohoo 🙌🏼
Super video as always. Can't wait to see the finished product.
absolutely brilliant
Why are they soldering cables? You can crimp them in a second. My go-to is telephone (BT) jelly crimps. More cost but less time. You don't even have to strip the cable. The jelly makes them waterproof.
Pete. How many fingers have you lost with that track cutter????😮😂😂😂
Another cracking video Dave. Put me down for a couple of dozen EoT circuit boards please mate! 🙂
Great update. I am looking forward to seeing the layout soon at Key Model World. At Blisworth, should there not be a trap point protecting the exit of the track machine siding? Cheers Paul
208 feet is just over 63m for those of us who work in the metric system.
That's defo a leaded solder according to the Wartons website. (@16:05) Lead free or ultra low lead solders are useless for non-professional manufacturing use.
Where's Phil??
OMD, does he ever shut up?😊
