Gap ഇല്ലാത്ത പല്ല് ആണെങ്കിൽ പല്ല് എടുത്തു മാറ്റാതെ aligner ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റുമോ? Clean ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ താഴത്തെ മോണ താഴ്ന്നു പോയത് sir ന്റെ അടുത്ത് ട്രീറ്റ്മെന്റ് ഉണ്ടോ. Normal സർജറി മോണയിൽ ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. But fill ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റിയില്ല. എല്ലാ ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിൽ അന്വേഷിച്ചു ട്രീറ്റ്മെന്റ് ഇല്ല. Plz rply 🙏

Sir.. എനിക്ക് 22വയസ് ഉള്ളപ്പോൾ septo rhino plasty ചെയ്തതാണ്. പിന്നെ dentist പറഞ്ഞു 2 nd lefort osteotomy ചെയ്യണം എന്ന്.. അന്ന് അത് ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റിയില്ല.. എന്റെ മുൻവശം പല്ലുകൾ പൊങ്ങി ആണ്..മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ സർജറി ചെയ്യുമ്പോ മൂക്കിന്റെ ഭാഗം പൊങ്ങുമ്പോൾ അത് ok ആകും എന്നാണ് പറഞ്ഞത്. ഇപ്പൊ വയസ് 40ആയി ഇനി ആ സർജറി ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റുമോ.. അത് ചെയ്യാതെ ഈ aligners ഇട്ടാൽ ആ പല്ലുകൾ തഴുമോ. എന്റെ മൂക്കിന്റെ ആ ഭാഗം കൊണ്ട് inverted ആയി ആണ് ഉള്ളത് അതുകൊണ്ട് ആണ് മോണയും പല്ലും കുറച്ചു തള്ളി നിൽക്കുന്നത് എന്നാണ് മനസിലായത്
