My favourite verse in Psalm 91 is in Verse 3. Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the perilous PESTILENCE. I remembered you broke down the Hebrew word for PESTILENCE (deber) in your recent sermon and taught that the root word of pestilence (deber) is dabar (which means to speak). Our words have so much power, and I pray that we would begin realising how powerful the words of Psalm 91 can be during a crisis like this 🙏🏻

Lisa Ramsaroop Memorise the complete verse. Church often quote the first part of Isaiah 54:17 only. The rest is just as powerful if not more. The words that we speak and that others speak and that we hear are very important. It affects our psyche, and our believing falls in line with what we hear and read.
Indeed there are many voices speaking to us.. so much so that almost as soon as we quote a verse to ourselves we forget in this next hour or so. Words are weapons.
“No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.”

Our faith is based on hearing. Rom 10:9,10. And Jesus said be careful how you hear...not what you hear even but how.

What struck me was the word “seated”
The Holy Spirit reminded me that the reason we are seated is because Jesus wants us to Rest in the finished work of the cross! As Christ is so m i😍

I love how you stated that Jesus wants us to rest in the FINISHED work of the cross. It IS FINISHED. He is in control and we are not to fear. He has overcome the world for us. We only need to rest beneath his wings.

The 91st Psalm has ALWAYS been my most loved and prayed verse in the Bible! I feel uplifted, whenever I read it see it, feel overwhelmed or even drowning in life!
I have a large print of it on the wall next to my bed. It is the first thing I see, and the first prayer I pray when I come home from work at 5am!
I was led by the Holy Spirit to read Psalm 91. After reading it it makes perfect sense and the times we are in.

I claim psalms 91 for my family , my loved ones and myself in the name of Jesus. Amen
For the past three years I have been overshadowed by fear of bacteria that can enter the placenta and cause deformed fetus.
These bacteria are invisible to the eyes and can be found in raw foods. Before starting a pregnancy program I have to do a test to find out if I was infected or not. and if I am infected, I have to postpone pregnancy.
We lost our first baby in 2017, and already had a second baby in 2018, a restoration baby boy from The Lord.
But my husband and I are still yearning for another baby. And every time this longing arises, I will remember this bacteria.
I always worry when eating meat or eating outside the house.
I have heard Pastor Prince preach many times about Psalm 91, but this time the verse that says "Nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness," is like jumping at me and The Lord reminds me that I don't need to fear about this bacteria.
Pastor also said about having to do this test and that test because of fear.
God cares about the hidden things deep down in my heart. I have never even said to Him about the fear.
Now I understand my position in Christ and I believe that I will never be infected by this bacteria or other viruses/bacterias in any way.

I love Psalms 91 we usually leave our bible open in the chapter 91 in the house believing God to protects us. I love to qoute them also in prayers...Praise God for this promise❤️❤️❤️
I do the same, leave the bible open on Psalms 91 also read it after praying the rosary at night. Printed out 100 copies to give away ,at my work place. for protection I gave them copies to take home to their families and friends to pray for protection from coronavirus as it's spreading. God bless 🙏

For example, “I thank you Jesus for giving me the spirit of power instead of fear. I am an overcomer I have love and a sound mind. I got this confidence in the power of the cross. Post salvation life, I had sinned and I felt like I shouldn’t get close to God anymore. But this message spoke to me that sin does not need to hold me back but I can keep moving forward with God. Jesus paid for it once and for all. Wow.

What touched me the most was hearing what the Secret Place was.
I was saved from a very close miscarriage. God showed me that I had mistakenly eaten something very dangerous for my foetus. And He saved me. The next day I prayed with psalms 91 on seeing this video. And realized how He is protecting me all day everyday without me doing anything.

I believe we are also the "Israely" whom blood of Jesus already shed in to our heart. So that the virus will be passed from us and our family. In Jesus name. Amen. However I keep praying for those suffer from Corona virus all over the world.
