- A plane is discovered to have recently crashed in West Bengal. However, what is so baffling about the incident is that plane originally went missing 35 years ago.

Such a happy ending. After hearing about Bihu loosing a baby, and the guy being dropped off at the orphanage soon after, I already made the guess that she was his mother. This movie reminds me of the urban legend about a plane that left Venezuela in 1952 and landed in Miami years later in the mid 1980s. Everyone on board looked like they hadn't aged a day, and the plane left before stopping on the runway and flew off, never to be seen again. It's a story that is not true, but makes for a good story.
Major grandfather paradox though
What is the name of the movie? If you don’t mind to share.
@@menjivar76 Not a movie actually an urban legend. Some people still swear that a 1950s calendar was left at the airport in the 1980's. Look up Pan Am 914.

So...the plane never stopped on the runway, but people knew that no one inside aged a day? Did the witnesses have super x-ray vision or something?

I don’t know how I didn’t figure that out when that was stated. I just figured the baby wasn’t actually dead lol.
I guess u work for Christopher Nolan
You just didn’t pick up on the sarcasm lol
As soon as they said he was an orphan & the fact that her child died at birth? I guessed correctly that she was his mother. Old soap opera plot tropes are universal. I likes this recap very much.
Well I feel dumb. My damn jaw dropped
i guess they solved the problem of the grandfather paradox, i.e if you remove the reason for going back then you wouldn't go back, but i guess it just means that a paralel timeline occurs instead
Well that's one suggested solution to the paradox of time travel. If you imagined time as a straight line going up with an infinite amount of parallel timelines . Time travelling backwards in these solutions is like travelling down the line diagonally. hence ridding the paradox because you are now in a different timeline in the past where your future self did travel back to the past.
There is still a paradox, if the plane never crashed, then they didnt go back in time, if they didnt go back in time, the bad guys was never killed, if they weren't killed, the plane Crashed, if the plane crashed they go back in time and so on
@@udinkun7051 No there is no paradox in the original sense of the word. if you time travelled from timeline a to the past , you would now be in timeline b , in timeline b you were able to resolve the issue that caused you to time travel from timeline a, but the timeline you find yourself in now has no concern for that . In timeline b you never time travelled back to timeline b. You simply appeared in the past (from timeline a) . Thus the loop is solved. Not by closing it but by extending it unto infinity. (The timeline b you in the future will then time travel back to the past in timeline c , time moves on until the original you from timeline c reaches the same parallel point in which you originally time travelled back from in timeline a and b , thus infinitely perpetuating the loop. That is if you take the parallel timeline theory and the idea of the diverging choices leading to diverging timelines time theory. It is ultimately ofcourse a purely hypothetical scenario and solution.
There are three theories as to what happens if you travel back in time. One theory is the moment you travel through the time tunnel, a new parallel timeline is created for the change in the timeline. The second theory is fulfilling the history meaning the change was part of the timeline so the time travel have no positive and negative effects. Lastly, there is the forcible change in the timeline with no parallel timeline. Most movies love the forcible one. Anyway, all three could be true and it is possible it depends on what method of travel to go back in time.
@@Oyamada13 there is alot more than 3 theories , what you mean to say is 3 well known and accepted ones. But yes i agree with the movies point , most movies involving time travel like to use the "timelines can be changed" theory as i assume that theory lets them do the most hollywood patented hero saves the day type plot. This would be fine if they didn't actually indirectly imply that all of this happens in real time to the rest of the world . Because realistically if you change the timeline , the rest of the world (or maybe even you yourself depending on the perspective) wouldn't have even noticed that it changed. While i understand that it wouldn't make for a good movie from the world's perspective. As things would simply just change in an instant with no further explanation nor would their be any reactions to dramatise. but the rest of the world's perspective is often overlooked and understated/wrongly stated in hollywood time travel movies.
I absolutely love movies about time travel. Great film/ recap 👍🏾

Gotta say, best time travel story, ever... actually kinda great how the timeline resolved itself once the past was changed.

This has got to be the happiest movie ending I've ever seen, mother-son duo reunited.
Wow this sounds like a must-see movie !!
The movie took the meme "man I'm dead" to a whole new level
they go back to prevent the hijacking and succeed, but since it never took place they have no reason to go back, and by not going back they do not kill the hijackers, and thus the hijacking takes place giving them reason to go back, and thus a infinite loop called time paradox is born.
But if they kill the hijackers before they put their plan into action, than the hijacking would never have happened. So how would there be a time paradox, if the event was stopped from happening at all? I’m genuinely asking because I’m curious to understand what you mean.
@@karisworldgaming4832 Let me to try to help and make it simplier. They hijack the plane making them go back in time to save the day. They kill the hijackers. So far so good. But then without the hijackers they didnt go back in time, and if they didnt go back in time they didnt kill the hijackers Thus the hijackers go on with their day and hijack the plane. Which makes them go back in time and deal with hijackers. Then its just gonna be a repeat to inf. What i think you were thinking was that another timeline would be created without those hijackers and everybody moves on without knowing about how a pilot, an old man (was kinda crazy with the immortality) and a cbi officer from the future saved all of them
