Hello! I purchased Omnia 7 rechargeable in Jan 2023 along with new iPhone 14 plus. Had iPhone XR which did not support hands free calling due to which had to purchase 14 plus. In the last two to three months, my hearing aids auto restart whenever an audio call or WhatsApp audio or video call is terminated. This has been a big headache. HAs were sent to service Center to diagnose the issue but in vain. Issue symbol persists. Can you please help me fix this issue? What should be done?
Hello - I am doing a demo of the Resound Omnia and find this "Check My Fit" feature confusing. It doesn't seem to want to allow me to compare new photos to my reference photos. It just gives the option to look at the reference ones or take new ones. How do I compare new photos to reference ones?
How would you compare ReSound Omnia vs Phonak Lumity? Which one do you think is best? Have you seen better success rates for Phonak, ReSound or Oticon?

Your comment that "if your audiologist hasn't gone over {list of things like proper insertion, use of app, etc}, then it might be time to find another audiologist." isn't necessarily the best recommendation. Often, we DO go over all of these things, but as it can be overwhelming, they don't always remember every instruction. Give them and us some slack. Review by way of video reference at home or at a followup appt, and these things are still unclear, I don't know of an audiologist that wouldn't offer to review those instructions that were forgotten or not made clear.

I stand by the fact that if you're not advising your patient how to insert their hearing aid in a fitting appointment, then they should look for a new audiologist.
