Best version ever. This forte at 02:15 makes me cry every time.

Semplicemente straordinario! Tempo, respiri, fraseggio, intensità, tensioni e distensioni, attacchi (min. 2:02).

Who would have thought that Rattle was such a great choral director. Oh, and WOW, the basses sound beautiful on the final chord. The rest goes without saying.

Basses are singing the wrong note when the baritone comes in in the beginning. It's an e natural not an e flat

Bach and Handel copied from Lotti. Lotti is more sophisticated than both. Bach gets billions of CZcams views. Poor Lotti. Your melodic tonality surpassed that of Bach and Handel. And you were relegated to the dustbin of history. How disgusting. Leo Depuydt (Brown University)
