That HelloFresh thing... Omg. Cooking should be fun and creative, it is not about putting together ingredients from tiny packagings. Maybe the price is okay for the US but i cant imagine paying 7 dollars for food that I have to cook :D I would really like to know what others think about it!
Zuzana Šplhová $7 for food you have to cook is amazing! I feel like usually I go to the grocery store and pay way more than $7 for food I have to cook (and I wind up buying too many ingredients!!)😂
It's good for those who don't like to cook and still want to eat healthy or don't have time to cook.
Personally I also enjoy cooking my own food.
Also, THE WASTE of resources, packaging, transportation. It's insane that we're still doing that

I love how clean it looks! It's an IKEA Kitchen, so it's super easy to reconfigure it. How about a few extra shelves instead of shelf risers?

i love you Lucie but's it's interesting how you always say you try to live less wasteful (like your 5 days of living plastic free and using reusable straws) but then you go promote a company like Hello Fresh who packages everything in plastic (like I know they try to reduce plastic/waste as well) but a lot of the ingredients can be purchased from the supermarket/farmer's market without the extra waste. I just feel like youtubers/influencers are so easily bought

I think HelloFresh is awesome because it helps me cook SO much more (so I truly know what’s going into my food and I can save so much $ from not getting takeout), and I do my part personally to be responsible about recycling and packaging, which is the most I can do! I wish a lot of companies came with better packaging options, and I’ve reduced a ton of my consumption, but I still do purchase products that aren’t 100% sustainable...I just do my best to be responsible on my end ❤️
Some people just don't have the time and energy to do groceries. It can be less wasteful to enjoy these delivery services instead of ordering take out.

I appreciate that you responded with your reasons for using the HelloFresh service. However, as an alternative to ordering take out, why not look at some recipes you enjoy that suit your lifestyle and diet, then see what ingredients you already have at home and then go to the grocery store and buy what you need? It is hard to understand why you want to have a fully organised kitchen with all these incredible utensils and pots and pans and then use a delivery service that is centred around making things simple by using only a few pans and not measuring anything. For me a big part of the joy of cooking is the creative aspect - adding different spices or tweaking the measurements and ingredients to suit what I already have. It doesn't take extra time and it's a lot more satisfying, not to mention much lower waste.

I also use can steps in my bathroom to keep my beauty products tiered on my bathroom vanity so they are not at the same level on the counter and I can easily see them. Makes life so much better!

I'm kinda moving into a small apartment where I want to put the kitchen in a dinning place without making any change in the walls or room layout.

All sher when you get married you, you can make a list of gifts you want from your wedding guest. The items on your gift list are registry items.

@@allsher1077 That's usually what our parents' generation did, and they ended up with 4 of the same coffeemakers or 6 microwaves.. Nowadays, the norm is usually setting up a bank account and people can just deposit as much money they wish as a wedding gift.
