Excellent as usual Ryan but I think tou need to be careful with zinc which can lower copper.
Facts.
Saw a video about a guy sucking on zinc lozenges like they were candy and he ended ruining his spinal column. It had to do with the zinc / copper balance being too out of balance.
Yes, make sure to supplement with small doses of copper with your zinc.
Take copper early in the day, and then zinc in the late afternoon/evening.
I take a high potency liquid mineral drops that have Zinc, copper, selenium among other things. Taste horrible but very good quality 😅

This is 100% on point. I have been consuming a lot of these vitamin for a awhile and it jus interesting to see this because it really works. ! I find the suggestion of taking all these supplements a bit discouraging.... what would be more helpful is to state which foods to eat... eg DHEA,.. which foods ?
Dhea work well with thyme oil. If I take DHEA without thyme oil I feel irritable.

I got 7 of these before starting the video. What’s missing here? I would say L-Glutamine, Fadogia Agrestis, Tongkat Ali, Ashwaganda, and maybe Turkesterone.
DHEA has been a game changer for me. I’m stronger, look larger, less tired and increase sex drive. It’s now a permanent addition to everything else explained in the video.

I started the keto diet little by little and I like the results however you will loose all around size.The up side is that it will be all adipose fat. I changed my diet at 46 due to a knee injure and in two weeks I felt the change dramaticaly. The pain went away and I started to feel very energetic. No more pain killers and no suplements ever. Fifteen years later and feel like 30.
what you were taking before and what you taking now?
@@KashifJavedForex - Frozen and fresh fruit shake or OATS with fruits every morning, beef or chicken soups with lots of vegetables and salads (greek salad is my favorite), nothing else (no procesed foods). In two weeks I lost ten pounds and the pain disappered and went from 180 pounds to 155 in three months ( my natural weight).
@@Lvatopesado I am fasting for about 2 months. My fast start before sun rise with banana, milk and dates shake mix with few figs, pistachios and almonds. I break my fast at sun set with mix fruit and dates and then eat two wheat chapatis. But I am not loosing much weight but becoming weak in muscles. so any suggestion ?
@@KashifJavedForex - Too much sugar ( carbohydrates ) in your diet my friend. Fruits are for the morning only if you are working during the day. Avoid carbs after noon. I didn't have meats for years and never lost strength or muscle, just fat. Instead of wheat try oats. I have not fasted ever. And I eat a lot, by eating right you wont gain weight if you stay active.

You should mention in your video about the possibility of consuming to much boron. It can be dangerous at certain amounts. It's a small amount which makes it worth mentioning. I believe 20 mgs is the limit for men and lower for women. Thanks! 💪mrwtby
