What's the point of painting the hull under the supports, when it will wash off as soon as the vessel launches?

It does seem like they crank them out every other week, they have about 60 ships

I’m perturbed by the inconsistent use of PPE, I saw a guy with a camera on the roof of the building with a hard hat, but the majority of the folks involved with removing the supports prior to launch were not wearing any PPE.. This is a management issue that should be fixed ASAP!!
