I have a Unit of 2 BHK
Ace's projects look good, I observed few problems with them, their landscaping includes more concrete than grass so children won't get any ground to play, starlit divino have close to 0 grass grounds all concrete.... 2nd no balcony in 2 rooms of 3bhk and they're calling it luxury... 3rd big glasses and mivan construction so get ready for the extreme heat traps inside your home in summer. Layouts amenities offerings are good, last year in september 3 bhk was costing around 2.65 crores without discount including everything

Possession dene ka kya matlab sir agar aap possession dene k 1.5 saal baad bhi finishing main lage hue ho. I live in Ace Divino . Abhi tak mandir bhi complete nahin kar paaye hain yeah log... har mahine bas deadlines extend karte rehte hain yeah log. Possession ka matlab hota hai complete karke dena project ko... aadha adhura de dena just to show ki humne timely possession de diya hai is ethically wrong. As far as ace divino is concerned I don't think ki inhone material bhi kuch khaas use kiya hai. haan yeah jarur hai ki inke projects dikhne mai acche hote hain but asliyat toh rehne wale ko hi pata hoti hai. And 2bhk for 2cr is a joke. Divino main resale main1.8 cr main 4 bhk available hai.

Avoid...This is not a luxury project as 2bhk is for lower middle class and gentry may not be good.
