Greetings good people. Can anyone tell me what the padlock top right corner is for please as iv tried to alter the temperature and cannot get anything to work . thank you . iv even tried to go to the web and yup cant get any answers.
There are no lights on the white receiver at all. I changed the batteries and followed instructions until 10 min timer as well but nothing happens on the white receiver. All plugged in no red light or anything.
Salus have *STILL* not resolved the connection control issue between Alexa devices and the iT500 Receiver. This means that Alexa cannot control the heating, despite a number of negative comments about the *Alexa Skill* . This is *NOT* an Alexa issue, but needs a fix by SALUS. The primary problem is the inability to log on to the Salus system via the Alexa Skill. You're losing credibility, sales & your reputation. *GET IT FIXED* ‼️
Get as far as the control turning red after which absolutely nothing happens. Thermostat hasn't turned on so can't do the next stages. Have repeated the steps three times now but we dont get past the 'red button' stage. Hopeless.

thermostat screen lock - press and hold 2 left top keys on thermostat to unlock
