I approved this is 5 star hotel Vikingen Infinity Resort Spa Antalya Alanya Turkler. Great hotel for a holiday and for cheap prices . Hotel was build 2013 , so its modern. Hotel is big with a multi pools and huge aquapark . Food is delicious and really enough to everyone tastes . Stuff talking broken Russian and English , but very friendly .The photographer name Sherif very good English . Hotel situated nearly 2 hours drive by shuttle bus from Antalya airport. Nearest places to visit Alanya Kleoptra beach and Alanya castle with a cable cars . Ps Damlatas cave and Dim cave nice to visit too.

You will get WiFi for extra charge. But it was very cheap . Ask reception. Very nice slides there on the beach . Enjoy x
Wifi is chargeable per phone. Foods are free by pools including donuts wraps and ice lollies

I've seen another one called MC Arancia.. not sure which one I should book. Also what will the weather be like in 2 weeks?
I advise you to book 2 different hotels . Much more experience and interesting. This hotel is stunning rooms . But beach place is not nice . Pools large . Weather will be hot , you will get tan . 😎

In October is pleasant weather. About 26-28 degrees hot . Entertainment every evening, but can be repeated ones . Enjoy x
Entertainment not a great as they advertise unfortunately. But weather is a bonus. I would advise ear plugs for pool. I got infection 3 weeks on I’m on antibiotics after ending up in A/E on my return. Baterial. I did go pharmacy out in Turkey and they helpful at a price. But still never healed

Yemekler alerji yapmaya beni aşırı zayıflatmaya başlamıştı. İyileşmiş olsamda,hala etkisi mevcut bünyemde.
O yüzden havuz girmeye çok korkuyorum.
Is there much to do outside the hotel which is close? Bars/restaurants/pubs etc
No outside there is nothing to do tho .Nearest is petrol station . But this hotel is big enough to enjoy beach and pools . Enjoy x

I’ve booked a double or twin standard room. Will the hotel put enough beds for all four of us? It says 2 adults and 2 children on the booking.
You will get what you reserved. But they do have sofas in the rooms.
WIFI should be included, I'm coming next year and seen you have to pay...... ridiculous 😮

I hated it. Defo not 5*. No sheets on bed. Back curtain fell down never put back up. Chair leg broke off and wanted me to stay in my room until a repair man could come to mend. And to pay for internet on every phone?? Was not impressed. Poo in pool and all they done was remove it one of two incidences I witnessed how many times more I did not?? Food was nice but repetitive. Only thing I enjoyed was the return smiles I got off catering and cleaning staff. Was not impressed at all unfortunately

People may be in the pool / doing activities / getting ready
I was there in July.... it was absolutely packed.. infact so busy it kind of ruined it a bit..
I’m going at the end of august. I hope it’s empty like this.

customer service is actually pretty terrible. hardly any of the staff understand English..
I will agree with you. Reception area guys speak good English , sure not all of them . Hope you liked hotel rooms is fab .x
They don’t talk English but it’s Turkey. I found the catering and domestic staff very pleasant. I don’t speak Turkish but I could get by ok
