So funny. I was saying that first garage would be a great gym and then you said it. You could get at least 8 selectorized weight machines that would work different bodyparts, 1 each of treadmill, elliptical and exerise bike. Dumbell rack, Bench and workout balls and mats. Replace the garage doors with a foldable fleetwood. Mirror the back walls. Rubber mats in the approiate areas and add two TV's and Bob's your uncle. Great tour BTW. If any of my songs make it big, I will buy

You are obviously paying for the security and community amenities. But yes, more room and more land would probably be nice. That would obviously make it more though. Definitely over 10 million. I’m sure.
