I just cut my hair to a pixie i hated it so much that i cried for hours this made me feel better
Love this cut. I just cut mine into a pixie over the weekend and I was hating it. Missing my long bob so much. I think everyone has to go through a sort of grieving period when they cut their hair before being able to embrace it and love it. It has already grown on me so much that I told my husband I don't think I can ever go back to having long hair. He agreed 100%. :) Thanks for the tutorial. When my top is a little longer like yours, this will be my go-to!

I had a chin length bob for 2 years and just cut all of it off last week ... No regrets. Just do it!
I just got my pixie today and had long hair past my shoulders I am never going to grow it long agian I love it so much!
Also like you I was nervous at first that it would not fit my face but I fell ithat it brings it out and and helps frame it :)

Bruh u looked gorgeous even with ur hair wet before recutting it. I'm thinking on getting this haircut and I'm so glad I found this vid. I have that heart shape on the front of my hair too, and I wasn't sure how the hair cut would look cuz of it but i was freaking out cuz I always have had my hair 31 inches long so to cut it would be a whole change so I was Abit worried yet still want to do it. Nel-Nel Robles sorry to intrude on your question/comment but I can answer this for you ☺. Yes this hairstyle works on thick hair. I have super thick AND dense hair and on regular days, this is my go to style. She's correct, product and blow drying are key. You may have to work a little at it but it definitely works with this and other pixie do's. Hope this helped! 😊

I recommend finding a lightweight smoothing serum or oil to apply to your damp hair before blow drying. Also try to get your hair as dry as possible before applying any hairsprays or molding creams. Applying those to slightly wet hair will make your hair more frizzy during the day. Good luck! 😃

Yes my hair is very thick and I have a lot of it. My stylist uses thinning shears on my dry hair after blow drying, that helps a ton! Also maybe try using a smaller round brush

This is not a good haircut I'm sorry but whoever cut this they botched your hair so not cool I wouldn't be able to deal with it I suffer so much with body dysmorphia and hair is my focus and this cut would make me very upset but at the same time I also ruin my own hair and the anxiety of me cutting it has made my life a living hell ...😔
I'm so glad though that your able to find ways to style it and cope with it and enjoy it they definitely should have left your sides longer and not that long of a bang you a fuller pixie and not shaved on the side but scissor cut...😉

And I feel like the back also should have been longer so your whole perimeter should have been fuller and longer and cut on the sides with scissor and then have that fullness on the top... 🌈
