48. A shady place. Installing the Bimini. Dutch Barge restoration and conversion.

This series of videos is all about the restoration and fit out of the 1904 Dutch Barge "Neeltje" and hopefully the journeys we get to make with her. While we were in Saltford on the way back from Bristol, Ricky came for a measure up to design a Bimini for us. Back at Newbury we get a visit to fix the frame and make templates for the cover and then in a couple of weeks to fit the completed design.

Thanks for that, really made my day. Will maybe do a video walk through of the boat next year, before we make the channel crossing just in case. Money wise, I will have to add it up, stopped counting some time ago. What materials did you want to know about?
