*For english people:*
The motor should NOT be conductive from outer wall to any of the connector pins. If yes then dirt, grime, oil and other crap has gotten inside making it conductive and it basically acts as a short throwing out random errors and thus incorrect functionality.
BUT
If there is ZERO conductivity (shown by any multimeter) your motors are okay and if you still got a problem, then you gotta look elsewhere for the culprit. The author just shows you how to measure it/test it and how to tell which is good (right one) and which is bad (left one).
