    • @kenz2756
      @kenz2756 Před 2 lety +3

      That is in no way playing a classical guitar like an electric, electric metal is the one that usually sounds like classical music. This dude is just playing classical guitar melody as he should be.

    • @ExternusArmy
      @ExternusArmy Před 2 lety +6

      @@kenz2756 I'm not exactly sure what you mean but you can certainly play an acoustic/classical like an electric. Everything sounds essentially the same without the addition of distortion, except the strings on an electric are easier to bend, pull-off/hammer-on, and are more forgiving of mistakes. I learn to play all my metal/rock solos on my acoustic first because you can't really get away with any mistakes. Afterwards, I switch to electric which feels like a walk in the park. It's a good system in my opinion. I realized this after only playing acoustic for about 3 weeks when I noticed my playing was more precise than ever.

    • @kenz2756
      @kenz2756 Před 2 lety +2

      @@ExternusArmy What, you cometely misunderstood everything. i assumed he implied that he's playing this like an electric as in it's electric guitar music. Metal probably. In reality though a big portion classical guitar music sounds pretty much like this, full of huge tension. Because as it turns out lots of metal are pretty much distorted melody of classical music.
