- This is the worst boss they have ever made.
Actually had to do this kill twice because I had an accidental roll in my first one (pressed roll and r2 at the same time)
This is pretty conservatively played
No music because fireball sound cue is hard to hear. A shame, because that's the only good part of the fight
Now I am free to sleep them until the end of time

Yep, this boss fight is pretty much a complete checklist of all the bad ways to design a gank. Even individually, these guys are some of the toughest enemies FromSoft has made. God knows who decided that putting them both in the same room would make for a fun fight.
That said, congrats on the kill. Must have been a real slog to practise this.

I think asking the boss design team to beat their own bosses with even the modest stipulation of solo / pure melee would mean none of them would ever make it into the building.

The thing that drives me crazy about this, is that you never know when it's safe to punish because that skinny shit spams fireballs and goes from passive to aggressive in half a second.
Anyway GG I'll freeboot the strat.
Yeah, and the jump attack from apostle has so much reach. You can try to separate using the pillars or running side-to-side, but noble's pathfinding is so horrid running away doesn't work all that often. Tends to just get stuck lol

On that note actually, Noble's shockwaves are scary because they can sometimes happen in the air rather than on the ground, so you just can't predict where they go 100% of the time lol.
