Large bite size chicken popcorn (Prior to mixing with sweet and sour sauce)

Ingredients
1 lb. (450g) chicken breast meat
1/4 cup and 1 tbsp. plane flour
1/8 cup ( half of 1/4 cup ) corn flour
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp bicarbonate soda ( baking soda )
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup and 2 tbsp. cold water
