I feel like this might be helpful for new nctzens, but as old nctzen I had so much fun doing it because I forgot about some of the moments. it was difficult and I'm still not sure about some moments but the video is already long af so I didnt include everything. I remmember there was a theory that Wayv floor B is actually Nct dream 2020 dorm since it's has same kitchen, also xiaojun and jaemin room are identicals.

Hanging the bicycle on the wall is really good if you want to save floor space. If there is 2 bicycles, a bed, and probably some type of wardrobe or cabinet in a room is going to be difficult to walk around the room, at least you have a big room

I'm pretty sure WayV is in the same building as Dream right now tho? Look at their kitchen design (with the dark cabinets that look different from all the other dorms). That explains why Renjun started coming over more often :)

Tbh it's about time 127 got their own rooms. I couldn't imagine being 26 years old and having to have a roommate as if I was in boarding school. Lol thankfully now they have some privacy.

woudn't be surprising tbh, the longer and more successful your group is the better your dorm gets, this is the case for all kpop groups. SNSD members said something similar years ago, they got their own rooms after years of rooming together, and by the end all of them were so rich to be able to buy their own apartments/houses... but some members (I think 4 of them) still used SM dorms up until the last SNSD album, especially when they had comebacks since they have the same schedule and it's more practical for them and their staff (managers, drivers, etc).

Wayv have received so many noisy complaints from neighbours when they haven't even live in the new dorm for more than 2 months🤣 idk if this in relay cam or wayv vlives/ig lives, yangyang and kun were applying soundproofing cousins on the door🤣🤣

I will miss 10th floor dynamic esp during Kick It & Punch era when they were all over the place. They served us with regular vlives &/ mukbangs, the iconic Around The World vlives (+vvip guest Johnny), with a bonus vlive brunch, got a special 2 episode content on NCT Daily and they gave bubble updates of 10th floor family dinners etc (istg all they ever eat is samgyupsal) Also the fact that they dont have pets but claims Jungwoo as their puppy and Yuta as the lion lmao. And on Weekly Idol, Jaehyun sprouted out a whole fanfiction on Mark-Yuta-Jungwoo triangle while also exposing Yuta for the toothpaste cap thing and Yuta was abt to spill secrets. 10th floor shenanigans...you will be dearly missed 😭
Jaewoo and Yuil (these two esp were basically roommates for almost all of their career) were roommates for so long and it feels so weird now that they're not anymore but so glad for it cause Jaewoo's room was super small for two adult men 😭😭😭
Fun fact: Kun also used to live with the dreamies, very likely at the same time as Ten and Jungwoo

@@atinymoa7252 I think Haechan was always set to be in 127. And from what the members have said, Dream was the unit that SM was unsure of debuting prior to Renjun & Chenle joining the company. However, I do think Hansol & Haechan was in the original 7th Sense line up, especially since we've heard Haechan on the demo of the track already.

As I remember during early vlive and interviews, chenle stay at dorm with the members before moved to his family house during wgu era (because during wgu era on vlive he mentioned about this)
And during promotion he would stay at dreamies dorm (there are several source but one of them when he did live with renjun on chinese platform)
Because he also stated either in his radio or bbl, why he moved from dorm. So he was staying at dorm, before with his family.

I believe in the early days when he first joined, Mark & Haechan were in a dorm together. But then Mark's family moved to Korea so he was able to live with them.

Did wayv move to dream's old dorm or perhaps in the same building? Bc everything about xiaojun's room looked soo similar to jaemin's room which we saw in the relay cam.
there were a lot of cases when SM re-used dorms for different groups, they either own those dorms or have a longtime contract and use them for different groups over the years since Seoul real estate and rent prices are incredibly expensive. It wouldn't be surprising if NCT units rotated in dorms. Also, the longer and more successful you are the better your dorm gets, this is the case for all kpop groups (SNSD members said something similar years ago).

thanks for compiling all of this info (•̀ᴗ•́)و ̑̑!! during the transition of jungwoo into 127 and winwin into wayv, i think it was definitely during simon says era (fall/winter 2018). jungwoo switched places with winwin in yuta and taeil’s room, and i think they talked about it briefly in “Seasonies Would Like This Too”, since jungwoo is known to be especially organized while yuta and taeil are known to be messy hahaha

-haechan lived in dream dorm debut but moved to 127 dorm around limitless/mfal era
-kun ten lived with them
-Roomies were JenRenSung and CL with manager ari
- amidst the 2017 chenji and jenren became roomies
- during JM's hiatus he stayed in his family house but he moved back in later and was roomies with either one of the hyung members i forgot who.
2018: JN and RJ solo room while JaemSung roomies,
- ten kun moved out later that year
-jungwoo moved in for couple of months and moved to 127 dorm before regular era
-CL also moved out later in the year
2019: room arrangement is still JN and RJ solo room while JaemSung roomies, CL stayed in the dorm during boom promo period and roomed with RJ
2020: (may) RJJJ moved in new dorm JN and JM solo room while RenSung roomies
2021: (march) RJJJ move with Sungchan and Shotaro in new dorm again RJ JS solo room, JenJaem roomies, SungTaro roomies
(Aug?) Rumors of JM moving out of the dream dorm to stay with his family

One common thing all units have is that none of them has a set dorm theme. It's all chaos lol!
it must be so tiring having to move dorms so frequently
for the current arrangement of the dream dorm, the tweet says renjun and jisung have solo rooms, however in the dream mental camp (which i believe aired may 2021) jisung says he does share a room with renjun so i think they're still roomies. that would also explain the fact that they didn't move dorms (or maybe they did and i just don't know), jeno and jaemin now share a room so there's a room left for shotaro and sungchan.

WayV's dorm arrangement actually started off with Kun+Ten, Lucas+Winwin, Xiaojun+Hendery+Yangyang but Kun and Ten were fighting so much that Kun and Hendery had to switch rooms lol

Kun was also living in Dream dorm in 2018. And in 2018 they mentioned Jaemin roomate with manager hyung while Jeno Renjun and Jisung roomate. Maybe another room for Jungwoo Kun Ten ?

I think Chenle lived with NCT dream at first before his mother came to live with him. He was roommates with Jisung.
Chenille only lived with them during promotions.
Mark and Haechan sometimes stayed with them too during Promo times
