दिल का जोर से धड़कना I pounding heart

जी मिचलाना I I nausea
पसीना आना I Sweating
जी मिचलाना I pukish feeling
मरने का डर I Fear of Dying
पैनिक अटैक और दिल के दौरे में अंतर I Difference between panic attack and heart attack
1. पैनिक अटैक 10-15 मिनट में कम होना शुरू हो जाता है वहीँ दिल का दौरा समय के साथ बढ़ता जाता है I Panic attacks start to subside in 10-15 minutes whereas heart attacks get intense with time
2. पैनिक अटैक में सांस फूलती है लेकिन दिल के दौरे में छाती में तेज़ चुभने वाला दर्द उठता है I Panic attack causes shortness of breath but heart attack causes severe stabbing pain in the chest.
3. पैनिक अटैक में छाती के बीच में चुभन होती है बल्कि दिल के दौरे में छाती के बायीं तरफ और बायीं बाजु में दर्द उठता है I In a panic attack, there is a prick in the middle of the chest, but in a heart attack, there is pain in the left side of the chest and in the left arm.
4. पैनिक अटैक ज्यादातर रेस्ट की स्तिथि में आता है बल्कि दिल का दौरा किसी तरह की शारीरिक गतिविधि से ट्रिगर होता है I Panic attacks mostly occur at rest, whereas heart attacks are triggered by some kind of physical activity

4. सदमा I Past Trauma

अचानक से आपको पैनिक अटैक आ जाये तो आपको क्या करना चाहिए? I What should you do if you suddenly have a panic attack?
Step 1: यदि संभव हो तो जहां हैं वहीं रहें I If possible, stay where you are
Step 2: धीरे-धीरे और गहरी सांस लें - नाक से सांस ले और मुँह से बाहर निकालें I Breathe slowly & deeply 5 times- Inhale from the nostrils & exhale from the mouth
Step 3: खुद को याद दिलाएं कि अटैक जल्द ही बीत जाएगा और ये जानलेवा नहीं है I Remind yourself that the attack will pass soon and is not life-threatening
Step 4: The 5-4-3-2-1 method:
5 अलग-अलग वस्तुओं को देखें I Look at 5 different objects
4 अलग-अलग आवाजें सुनें I Listen to 4 different sounds
3 भिन्न वस्तुओं को स्पर्श करें I Touch 3 different objects
2 अलग गंध पहचानें I Identify 2 different smell
अपने मुंह में एक प्रकार के स्वाद के बारे में सोचें I Think about 1 type of taste in your mouth

Excellent topic mam….mental health is a great issue. I had panic attack before 10th class half yearly exam and my whole body was shaking hard and even after the panic attack i had little shaking in my hands while doing work and there was no kin of this video or solution for cure.
Yes, I am happy that now people are talking more about mental health. Yoga can help in such issues.

Please check B12 and Vit D deficiency…Panic attack is highly likely due to it. Please don’t ignore this message…I suffered 5 years and then I found my root cause no doctor helped me
@@kyaaadmihai2483 I've changed my attitude towards Life with meditation = mansik maun. Now no situation feels drastic to me.... I never panic. Meditation has given me a different view or say mindset which keeps me over the situations or problems, not among them.

Btw I had asthma undiagnosed that time that was also a reason towards panic attack and I'm practicing jal neti and vaman kriya daily.....these works like magic. U too try once.

I am a follower of yoga station.....6 months back i met with an accident😢...cannot sit on padmasan....only sukhassn how to do those asanas which u showed in padmasan....i badly want to come out of this sotuation😢please help me beta rest all i will try and practice but the one in padmasan is very effective which i cannot do😔
