We take you behind the scenes at heavy gauge aluminum boat builder ACI Boats for a quick look at the process of bending aluminum at the press break. Intricate bending instructions are printed on the aluminum boat parts at the CNC machine before they head to the press break. Aluminum boat parts up to a half inch thick can be precision bent into just about any configuration at the press break before heading off to a boat build in the ACI factory.
