I get fish delivered to me and I get them acclimated to water and get them in tank in 30 mins. You all took your time. Fish are stressed out enough to have wait longer in those bags. Good luck.

Love the fish might have to do that myself but why didn’t you just put them in the already empty tank

Good luck from these people. They have a terrible reputation. Sent me a box that was supposed to be overnight, showed up two days late with dead fish. They now blow me off and blocked me so I can't leave them a review on Facebook so sad :((
