    Ingredients:
    1/2k trotters
    1 diced onion
    1tsp black pepper
    11tbsp vinegar
    2 crushed garlic
    1tsp roasted cumin
    3pcs mystic gum
    1/2tbsp salt
    bread
    garnish cilantro
    .
    Recipe:
    1. Mix 10tbsp vinegar, garlic, black pepper, and little water in a bowl.
    2. In pressure cooker blanch trotters for 5 minutes, throw water, wash pot & return.
    3. Add water, 1tbsp vinegar, pinch salt, onions, and cook for 1 hour.
    4. Salt trotters, serve on bread, garnish with cilantro and serve with vinegar mix on the side.

    I love the way you cook amazing and different than others -_- Today I made this lamb feet ahahaha and unfortunately i was on call so it all burned :( Still it taste was good

    Wow very different from what we eat in Australia. I wonder if a butcher would sell me lamb feet. Mystic gum is very hard to obtain here. Thanks for sharing this.

      u can get it online on amazon, or arabic market. im sure if u ask the butcher he will, just clean it before cooking.
