Congratulations on the Robot, Dan! A little word to the wise: that thing you said during this run was actually a great overview for how to play this game. Don't even focus in the shooting - just focus on the dodging. You'll consistently get a LOT farther that way.

I mostly agree, but I think Dan can develop a bit more in aiming and shooting. Part of why he likes high output, low damage guns (like the Fat Line) is that they allow him to spray and pray, so he consistently doesn't develop his aiming. If he used high damage single clip guns more often, his aim and overall damage output would improve IMO.
@@hanklin2642 Honestly? Good take. But I think it's a matter of priorities. If he doesn't get the dodging down, he won't live long enough to benefit from greater ammo efficiency. But once he nails that down, you're right on the money about the next goal. That NA aim and cursor wiggle definitely handicaps his damage output badly enough to make him more vulnerable to bad D.
9:40 the rad gun is one of the most pogged guns in the game imo, you just gotta treat it right. Before entering a room you should tap 1 bullet, get a perfect reload tap it again then get another and then tap it a 3rd time and reload then you'll one shot almost any basic enemy, one of the best room clearing guns in the game.
That whole run was so intense! And Dan got so far into bullet hell. He is improving so well. Run your sets Dan. Loved the video
Fun fact - The Wall cannot crush items, but it will land on top of them when it dies, making them unreachable; so as a general rule don't leave dropped items.
Can’t wait to see him struggle with the robot releasing he needs armor.

But to get the final secret character, play as the paradox and go to bullet hell and defeat The Lich. The rest... I will let you find out yourself.
He also has to unlock the bullet too but he never seems to see the cape guys 😹

Once you do, you'll learn to dodge most stuff and eventually become untouchable.
After +150 hours, now I'm able to consistently reach Bullet Hell without so many ordeals.
Focus on the six inches in front of you
So much wasted potential in that run. If only he knew how to use rad gun and heroine properly.
