Love the open concept of the living room and dining areas but those bedrooms right off the foyer turned me off. I wonder if they have similar layout with the bedrooms towards the back of the home on not right off the front door?
Same, didn’t like the owners suite right of the living room/kitchen area
Yes, definitely not a good place for a bedroom. I have no kids but if I do I definitely wouldn't like them right there. I changed this room to my office. The big windows are perfect for an office...not so much a bedroom where you are trying to sleep. Also The front room gets hot in the summer and cold in the winter. the insulation is not that great there.
Dope house. A little pricey for the square footage

Millbridge is really nice. I was looking at Dan Ryan out there and M/I Homes. Dan Ryan has really nice amenities. That was important for me. I ended up going to Chapel Cove however and building with Pulte.
Pulte is another great builder. Glad you found something you love.

Y do u walk into bedrooms when u first walk in.
is this very far from the city area? like where you can go shopping? i would like to move to NC im from nyc, ill be moving once i finish nursing school, and im trying to figure out what the good areas are for young families. dont want to be in the city but dont want to be too far from shopping, things to do, etc
Waxhaw is probably 35-40 minutes from Charlotte. I live in Charlotte, I would say the Northside is nice area. It’s the diverse and growing. Harrisburg and Concord is not in the city, more outskirts as well as Gastonia. I’m looking to buy next year, going through a program called NACA for assistance... if your a first time home buyer, it will probably good to look into... Best Wishes

I have this exact model home. Its 2500 sq ft.
The builder should have built out the refrigerator cabinet to give the refrigerator a built in look. It would look much more aesthetically pleasing.

Yes there was. It was actually very big; We just couldn't film it per builders request at that time.

I don't like the 2 bedrooms being so close to the front door as you walk right in. It just doesn't look/feel homey to me. Why are they taking away the coat closets near the entrances in modern homes today? Love the open concept kitchen, living room & formal dining areas and the master.
Charlotte is so expensive. Nice but that base price is a no.
Hi Monique, thanks for your feedback here. I can see your frustrations and I wouldn't say they're unmerited. Charlotte has recently been recognized as the 3rd fastest growing city in the US so it's understandable for prices to be on the rise. I personally would advice anyone that now is the time to invest in the Charlotte market. It will only keep growing.

I’m sorry but your builder gave you the wrong info! I have a 1130 square foot house...it has no dining no laundry room no foyer no loft or upstairs all rooms are very small and only 1 bath plus a very small bath and this house looks twice the size!
common sense can tell this is not 1000sq ft house...because i am living in 1100sq ft house hell much small than this
You are right. I have this exact model and its 2500 sq ft. The house looks small from the outside but once you enter, you can really see just how big it is.
The kids r in the front n owners suite in the back . Don't like this setup.

This is NOT an open concept home. PLZ stop calling homes with lots of rooms, walls, and hallways "open concept".
Odd layout. Developers need to go back to traditional solid homes.
I don't like eating or cooking in the living room 🙄🙄 not everyone likes open concepts homes. It's like you're trying to show more than one room but it's just really just one room lol. You can't call it a traditional dining room when it's in the living room🤦🏽 there's no defined space. It seems like you're in a basement or a loft.
