It depends on many different factors we can just name one city! You have to look for Career options, affordability and easy PR separately sometimes! For example Ontario has more job opportunities but Alberta and Atlantic provinces are more affordable and provide easy PR options! But again PR also depends on the field you are in! I hope this helps

to be honest, calgary and edmonton are very similar in terms of jobs, population, weather etc.
i prefer edmonton because the houses are still slightly cheaper.
