Massive fan of your iRacing videos. Love the refreshing and honest way you edit your videos. Don't know a lot of channels that I come back to every time but yours is definitely one of them! Keep it up dude :)
Means a lot, thank you 🙏
Been building PCs daily as my job for a few years now. You should put the GPU radiator above the GPU, so in this case it would be on the side. The fans on the bottom should also be in an intake position. This will decrease the dust build-up and make sure your GPU's pump lives a long happy life.
Good video as always !
Listen to this man! That's good advice if you want your gpu to live!
was coming 2 say this
then you might be able to help me out with some info ? i got ryzen 5 3600x with the geforce 1650 16gb ram . now i realise i have bottle necked my pc what would be a solution that is still avaible today ? what downgrade cpu should i use ( am4 socket ) or what video card should i get ? thanks for helping me
@Linolól I'm not an expert by any means bro but I don't think u have a bottleneck in your system by the parts u posted
@@danipedrosa3956 i have to put on vsync on every game or i get insane screantearing . i also get VERY rough edges in everygame . when i play gta 5 for example i run it at barely 40 to 45 fps in the city on low settings . i did change things in the nvidia control panel etc . if i check bottleneck calculators they also tell me my pc is bottlenecked
Congrats on the new PC Oscar (I don't think it will help with your failed re-entry though...) You're the main person who got me into sim racing with the G29 review and it's great to see how far you've come since then. Keep up the daily uploads and you'll be at 100K in no time!
This, this is why I love your channel. Keep up the great work!
Thanks a lot 🙏🙏
@Lu69as what by click baiting you all 🤣.
@@Simlife101 Huh?
That setup is just amazing. As for the crash, well the first one, we don't talk about that second one. But i think it's a racing incident. I'm leaning a little towards his fault though because he moved while under braking, and he should've been able to see you in his mirror. Great video!
Love the videos HUGE congrats on the new setup bro!!
Love these videos and amazing pc, just a quick tip. It looked like on your screen that the FPS is capped at 60, if the monitors only have 60 hz I would really advice you to consider upgrading to some higher refreshrate monitors if you get the option to. Fantastic video keep it up :))
I love these iRacing videos. Great editing and new content!
Thanks Jose! More to come :)
Racing incident. Maybe a little aggressive but you can't win, without being a little aggressive. Great video and awesome PC!
Thanks for letting me know your thoughts! More soon 🫡
I loved the transition of “so I’m gonna find it a new home”. Amazing new setup! Keep up the amazing work!
Glad you enjoyed, thanks a lot!
I just have to say your production quality is stepping up, keep up the great work dude, love your vids
Amazing set up 🆙 my friend, and better luck 🍀 next time on the track. Can’t wait to see more content like this 😁. Cheers 🍻
Edvin the goat 🐐
@@OCRacing 🤣😂🤣 naw my friend, just a side line fan that’s all. Keep crushing it!!!
I love the head cam you had going, such a cool perspective!
1:56 i would recommend mounting the gpu radiator higher than the pump, otherwise your pump will have a rather short life
Here I am about to get a G920 and a GTOmega rear seat realizing just how insane my setup could get. Awesome job!
Keep doing ur thing u have the hands down best videos
Glad you think so, cheers 🙏
First off, awesome setup! Looks sick.
Second, although it's hard to judge without the onboard, I think the incident is probably your fault -- but it's also a good learning opportunity! It looks to me like he moves left early enough (and possibly not at all, since the track actually kinks at that point and he may have been going straight) that you should have been able to instead switch to the inside line and go up his inside instead of driving into the vanishing space on the outside.
king posted
The consistency is unmatched
Easily not ur fault
Great video as always, at least your start was good
Hard to say if the first incident was your fault, but owning up to the second one forgives it. Epic video, gorgeous setup, thanks for taking us along for the ride!!
Ofcourse its his fault lmao, that driver is allowed to move to the side since he was nowhere close to overtaking him, he was supossed to hit the brakes instead of trying to still overtake him on grass :/
@@Lunatic_Snowy no its called moving under braking
love the iracing content! more please!!!!!!!!!!!
Noted ✏️
New pc = happy good vid oc!
Glad you enjoyed, cheers :)
Looks great Bro! What monitors are you running here Mate?
Oscar, what quad monitor mount do you have? I was looking at 6-Sigmas site but did not see one listed on there.
Another absolute banger
You already know 🫡
these iracing vids are your best content NGL
Glad you think so. More to come 🫡
it wouldn't be an OC Racing iRacing video without a good start with some nice movement trough positions before a mountain of issues then slowly having to climb back up without reaching podium.
at least you're entertaining and probably far better then most of your viewers who would probably get a DNF and I'm 100% not talking from experience :)
Most finacially stable sim racing enjoyer
Haha, a rare species 😂
Monster PC and great editing!
What are you majoring in college?
Keep up the good work!
What monitors are you using, and are those the Asus bezel kits?
Your content is entertaining buddy keep it up.. but dude... Click bait titles are so off putting. Im right there with you if I show my computer components and rig next to eachother (I get your justification) but that really had nothing to do with the video title and was just click bait... You have an audience, dont intentionally mislead them... Would have watched any way. Just my feed back. Great edit, and honest inputs throughout the racing, keep it up.
the head pov when racing is really nice
Thanks! I still haven’t gotten it exactly how I want but it’s a good start
Now we gotta see you get the VRS or Asetek Invicta for the review and drive an entire race at 100% FFB in a Lotus 79 with the H pattern shifter or at least LMP2 or LMDh :D
Can you review the Fanatec f1 esports v2 rim, Ik I’ve asked last video, but I’m thinking of buying it and would like to know more from a channel I trust
why did you mount the gpu radiator on the bottom instead of on the side?
1:49 Love the 1Tb Samung ssd xD
Nice setup. I thought that was a 3d printer that you were hauling in at first.
Fire edit bro!
Makes perfect sense to buy a highend-PC to run 60 fps with v-sync in iRacing😁
Hellllll yeah 😎
Did you prefer racing on the 3x monitor setup or the single setup?
Indifferent honestly…
you can make the bootable drive easily on mac tho. next time use something called balena etcher and it works perfectly
What wheelbase did you use in this video for your sf1000? Also keep up the great work man.
T818 👍
@@OCRacing thank you😁
most unrated youtuber ever fr good too see your back man
Appreciate it! Though I haven’t left yet lol, been uploading every week for like two years haha
$10k simulator to play a game that’s looks like it was designed for windows 95 😂. Love the setup, very cool 😎.
I remember back when you were at 1k subs
The good ol’ days 🥲
Yo love the video btw can you do a pedal buyer's guide
Thanks! Any specific price range you’d be interested in?
400 to 500 dollars
T1 crash was 100% a racing incident. Dude was taking a defensive line and unfortunately you hit the grass. Yes, he moved under braking, but you could hit a switch and taken the inside line... regardless, I'm sure no one wanted it to happen nor anticipated it!
keep up the great videos!!
Playing stuard, there are 2 frames of thought.
He changed lanes in the braking zone, which was a contributor to your reaction, but he did leave enough space as you had room to stay on track as you were coming along side.
It may be a racing incident, but i b tend thing that you had enough room and lean towards it being your fault
What made you go with the 3090 ti instead of a 4070 ti which is way cheaper and comparable performance?
I traded a friend some sim gear for the 3090ti
I love your video style
Thanks a lot!
Great video 👍
Thanks 👍
Just a small mistake don't worry about it. Keep pushing😊👍
Appreciate it, more coming soon 👍
Why 3090ti? What price you managed to get, considering I assume it's new from store?
4070ti/4080 not better price?
Traded some sim racing equipment for it lol
@@OCRacing ah okay that makes more sense
What monitors are those ?
Jow mate love your vids.
For better temperatures for your a.i.o gpu in your new pc, flip the fans on the radiotor so they draw in fresh air and it will make your overall air-flow of your pc better.
depending on where the pump is located it might also be a good idea to place it on the side and move those 3 fans to the bottom
@@kuma_score7536 well yes I get what you mean but where the radiator of the Gpu is located which is on the bottom. Then in this case it is better to flip his fans of his radiator so they will suck in fresh colder air and then you have a better airflow because hot air rises. That means pushing hot air out from the bottom is much harder then sucking fresh air from the bottom and letting it exit on top
@@blackshadow9147 I'm more concerned with where the pump is located, if the pump is in the GPU then it's at the highest point in the loop and can cause premature failure.
I'd also imagine 3 fans pulling fresh air from the bottom and feeting that fresh air to both the GPU rad and CPU rad would be better then the hot air from the GPU rad making its way up to the CPU rad to cool it
@@kuma_score7536 well yes I understand that but I don't really know where the pump is but if he moves his radiator to the side his fans still need to be flipped for better cooling and airflow
@@blackshadow9147 I'd beg to differ, regardless of where the pump is it's a safer bet for it to be on the side and with the 3 side fans pulling in fresh air from the bottom the GPU can exhaust it out the back/side and the CPU can exhaust it out the top leading to minimal hot air being pushed into the case.
What I would do next time is just reverse straight away instead of waiting
😂
Why no motion simulator?
Can you just change your hard drive and put it into the new pc? to save a lot of time
Understand CZcamsr Fr
VR or triples if you started from scratch?
Triples no question
if you can avoid it, please don't put the GPU radiator on the floor of the case but the side wall. helps with the pump longevity if the pump isn't the highest part of the liquid cooling loop. Cheers
Hmm, I’ll look into it. Thanks for the pointer!
i feel like the first crash wasnt your fault it was just the BMW driver being a BMW driver :)
Haha, appreciate your comment 👍
what monitors are you using?
24” 60Hz
No damages ?
First accident was 100% the guy in fronts fault.
Nice PC! Great aesthetic too. I love the case and color. The 3090Ti is a powerful gpu. I swapped out my 3080Ti last summer for the 3090Ti and it really helped with my VR experience. I recently just swapped out the 3090Ti for a 4090 and holy sh*t. At least with the HP Reverb G2 I’m nearing the end of my quest for fps.
Haha, awesome to hear! Maybe I should start getting into VR 👀
@@OCRacing vr is literally and figuratively a game changer. youll never again question how you blew a brake point, because its just that much more intuitive. force feedback makes so much more sense in vr. the cars rotation is so much more pronounced, but you tend to be much more cautious and typically slower in vr than on a screen, at first.
Tbh firstly i want to make my car drivers licence and yeah i want to Upgrade my whole setup after it
You’re studying finance you’ll live 😂
would of just removed the drives from on the old pc and fitted into the new pc, it will automatically install all driver ect bob your uncle i do it all the time with client pc upgrades. just use the existing OS ssd when upgrading setups or clone drive to have an two identical pcs
for the love of all things holy get that radiator off the bottom of the case! never have a radiator below the source pump on an all in one unit. put it on the back side as exhaust and put fans on the bottom as an intake. thats the first rule of water cooling with an AIO, the pump cannot be the highest point in the loop. youll kill the pump. theres always a little bit of air trapped in the loop from the factory, 100% of the time. air rises in liquid. even though its a sealed unit, you WILL lose fluid from permeation through the tubes. which means in short order you will have a pump which is no longer submerged in liquid, and it will destroy itself without the liquid as lubrication and coolant.
I love sim racing
I love the weekends
Don't put any radiator below it's pump, i mean the GPU radiator on the bottom, because it will kill the pump in the GPUs block
OC Racing, I don't want to be a know it all guy, but you better mount your GPU radiator against the back of the PC not on the bottom, reason is your pump should always be lower than your Radiator, best to mount it where you got those 3 white fans, also makes sure the tubes are down and not near the top of the case, reason why is because your pump will get air and the GPU will die quicker and run hotter quicker, please upvote this so he can see this, thanks in advance ;)
You cool i9 13900k with 240 water cooler🤔
what's wrong with that?
very good
👍

HOOOOOOOOOOORAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYY. 60k subs:)))))
I’ve been at 60k for a while lol! Appreciate it though 😃
@@OCRacing I havent been on youtube for a while
💯percent not your fault
why 3090ti, and not 4090 but with a 13900k? 7900x+4090 is better
I use the bezel free kit and it’s easily the best $100 I’ve ever spent.
Honestly, I was hesitant about it at first, but I would agree, absolute game changer for triples
My diy bezel free kit cost me 0$ and its 10 time better

Yes, I blame you for the two crashes. You will not be forgiven.

Me 2 years ago: omg 10 grand for a sim racing setup, thats insane
Me now: welp, 6k to go.
The guy moving to the left moved wayy to late and didn't see you in his mirrors, your reaction was perfectly normal, although I think it would've been classed as a racing incident
I think so too, thanks for sharing your thoughts! But we don’t talk about what I did afterwards 🫣
@@OCRacing ofcofc
you should have just reused the same drives
That is funny... he said he SPENT $10k....
Yep, that's a double F up.
Yup… it is what it is, we move on 🫡😔
I will never ever tell anyone how to waste their money. :)
was the first crash your fould? Well, its not always that black and white. The problem starts with the guy infront of you. He started it. But your reaction was not the best one. It was better to brake i think. So he made a mistake and you did not anticipate the right way. But you know, this thiings hapen sometimes. It is a split sec disicion. Not always an intented mistake from hell.
The other guy cut into your line mid corner entry so it's honestly not your fault, good reaction on your end.
i am no expert by any means. but here is what i think, i think both drivers have some of the blame. He moved (slightly) while braking, you reacted but i think you steered too much. Less steering angle would have been fine. Ofcourse its hard to judge how much youll need to steer away in a situation like this.
Yup, looking at the replay I realized I still had enough space on track but it’s always easier said than done. In the heat of the moment going at full speed, everything happens in the blink of an eye
Hey Feb 18 is my bday
As long as you're not speeding or buying Ferraris $10,000 is nothing enjoy it
