The more pool I watch, the more I realize how much of a difference the commentators can make and that commentating is a skill that not everyone has. I'm not a fan of Eric as a commentator. His tone and cadence make it less fun to watch.

Shane played worlds ahead of gorst. Fedor had some supremely lucky rolls. Both good players. But experience shows in this match.
Worlds ahead? Did you watch the same match I did? These two both shot extremely well and it takes very little error wise to create space between these two when it comes to winning or losing.

I don’t understand why SVB put the extension on his break cue, considering his break was working prior to doing it. His break and the match went to sh*t after he did that.
Should go back to the old slow cloth & see how these top pros fade that. 4.5 pocket & have to stroke the ball like the old days

With today's equipment you don't have to have a "stroke" or learn about deflection. It's easier to move your cue ball around.

Fedor honestly has one of the technically perfect games.. but watching him is like watching paint dry… so boring.. and has to go all the way to the shot clock every damn time. Thank goodness for the fast forward feature on yt to save 15 - 30 seconds of my life every time it’s fedor’s turn

Bro why does Shane always make a crucial mistake when he’s about to win the game? Why draw the 4 ball that much it’s crazy watching Shane when he was younger he damn near played perfect, now he makes so many mistakes.

HE DID make a risky play there drawing that down table , but cmon man he is still great, nobody plays near perfect, sometimes u just get a bad roll or you just aren't that into the match

These pros destroy template racks. 10ball with a template Shane knocks in several balls everytime. Making the pockets tighter wasn’t enough 30 years ago they were playing on 5” pockets now the run packs with 4” pockets. Making the break unpredictable is the only way to make it interesting.
Template racks also have this so-called "factor". Kids today got performance cues, fast felt, best tables, gloves, i could on... but artificial talent is abundant nowadays
SVB also is a 2 time WPM winner 2 in a row still yet to be contended, yet those aren't considered WORLD TITLES 😂😂😂 Oh well, they ALWAYS sell SVB short. He is the best in the world
If fedor could do what svb could do but better, tel him to get at least 5 US Opens lol. Only 2 people on eart hhave ever accomplished this, SVB and Earl Strickland who are both the GOATS of pool.
