I have 3B and from what I've learnt so far the headers with the provisions for turbo are really hard to get. There comes Music City Cruisers mig welding 2x2 to a CNC cut adapter. LOVE IT! Definitely doing this :) can wait for a post mortem to pick up the complete "manual"
Nice job, now you need a pyrometer and then turn up the fuel 2 turns or so. I did my 3B about 12 years ago, used a factory 13BT manifold that I got out of Japan and a CT26 turbo.

I just got a 3b engine for my fj 40.. did you upgrade you’re 3b engine as bigger studs and crank Bearing ? Also what kind of aftermarket turbo did you add? looks very nice 👌
Derek, yes, I used ARP head studs for a Mitsubishi Starion when I rebuilt it. Bearings are OE spec from Engines Australia, with a Garrett GT2052 turbo.
Can't wait to see part 2. I'm putting the exact same kit on my BJ40. I'm adding an intercooler to compensate for the B's lack of piston cooling.

How do you find the ct26? I’m planning to do a custom manifold and a gt2554r.

Do you know that you could simply turn 180 degree the colector and simple make a union to the turbo?
Can you this Turbo on a stock internals of 3bEngine?
