No. Unfortunately because of my hair type it wouldn't be that easy and it'd probably still be a mess😭😂💗

So glad I watched this. My 17 yo is in a program that requires a bun and she has very thick hair. I always struggle to pin the whole thing. Separating the hair into two sections should solve that problem.

I always do my bun like this thanks to you guys it looks so cool! Next we need a video on how to tie your pointe shoes bc u guys loop the ribbons or something and they look so quick to tie when mine take ages bc they r two separate ribbons 😅❤
I think they use stretch ribbon or at least that what it looks like some teachers don’t like stretch ribbon so it depends on the studio and teacher my teacher doesn’t allow stretch ribbon so I have to do the 2 separate ribbons😅❤️

Thanks, I’m 16 and started ballet after quitting at 5 (horrible dance instructor, made me cry because I wasn’t paying attention -I have ADHD and ADD- and she yelled at me for it.) this helped me figure out a way to do a ballet bun, I also have really long hair and it’s pretty think so it’s hard to follow other tutorials when a lot of them have pretty short hair compared to mine. 👍

@@EmmaWhyte-oz8bl yes you can still do it. Just do the ponytail and then split it into 2 or 3 parts! Easy peasy! Your’s will just be a bit smaller bc your hair is thinner. ❤

Um… I’ve been doing ballet for abt 8 years and my buns are always in the middle of the head.
