Hello sir recently i got an offer letter from a company in different city from my own.
They made me sign 2 years bond and nda in an online form which wasn't a stamp paper. After it i got a better offer from my own city. I haven't given any documents to them and also i didn't sign any check. What if i block their numbers and never attend the office and join the company of my own city. Will they be able to take any action against me.
Need help desperately. I'm in HCL currently and on project it has been 5 months. Thinking about quitting work pressure is ridiculously high. The bond is for 2LPA. my per annum salary isn't that much right now. Could use suggestions from anyone on how to deal with bond amount

I joined a company in March 2022 they took my orignal documents and said sign bond for 2 years and in offer letter they didn't mention about the contract and in appointment letter and contract they said you have to complete 2 years in company, or else you have to pay the amount 65000, i left job in June with resignation mail even that they sent me legal notice by saying you have to pay 91000, what can I do please help

Sir I am in a big MNC, Unhone mujhse 2L ka bond bharwaya hai 2 Years ka. Although unhone training ke naam pe bas formality kari hai...But ab wo mujhse poore paise maang re hain.I can't pay 2L but I am serving proper Notice period. Sir agar mai bina releaving letter ke leave kr deta hun to kya future me mujhe koi preshani ho skti hai ??

@@vishalshinde623 I simply sent mail for Resignation and returned office laptop and joined in another company. No money issue. Nothing problem I faced.
But the irony is , i have not got my experience letter. I have to apply in the labour court for that.

Bonds are not legal in India...so no case will be on you..just you won't get any experience certificate and all.
